I was recommended to come here by my family doctor and I and am very happy that I did. It is far for me to come as I live near chateauguay although I am always welcomed to a very caring and professional staff. I started being worked on due to a pulled meniscus because of the sports I participated in. Then a few year later I developed back, knee and shoulder and hip pains due to improper excersises and work. I was also recommend to see the orthopedic through the physiotherapist for my flat feet and saw that it was very necessary to have orthotics. I am being treated through many different techniques. I get excersises that need to be done daily as well as being taped with athletic tape every week. I have a knee stabilizer as suggest by the physiotherapist to help. Excersises are changed every so often as there is progress. I am still allowed to go the gym and am shown how to do my excersises properly to not hurt myself and with what weight and frequency. I even mentioned having vertigo and and there are treatments available through the clinic. I am always willing to do the distant for great service and pain relief. Would refer to my family and friends.
