I was a client at this clinic with the previous owners and it's a very convenient location. Although my last visit was a bit strange as the call center booked a massage instead of a Physio appointment, this visit went very well. I had Josee Daigle as my Physiotherapist and she was very friendly, professional and thorough. It was probably the best evaluation that I've received from a PT. Although this location is great, I did find using the online booking too at pthealth.ca and the main call center line to be inconvenient as it took several hours for a response from the online tool (site stated an hour) and the call center line went into a loop of being on hold and voice recording. I would rate Moncton Physio location a 5 stars and the booking experience through PT Health a 3.

Patty is the best Massage Therapist in town. She can always find the "trouble" spots and take care of them. I was in a major car accident and she has helped me tremendously. This place is not in a hurry to heal you. They stick you on a machine and get you to do the exercises you do at home for them. A good physiotherapy clinic pumps you up to get better and lets you know approximately how many sessions you'll need and they truly work with you and have up to date equipment. NOT THIS PLACE...old milk crates and in my opinion not in any hurry to heal you so they can make more money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

A smile is always welcome smile! And staff thave smiles even on my worst day, I am there for a reason not because I want to be there and they’re always so good to me! The secretaries has always a smile and is very polite courteous and very professional, my physiotherapist, Kevin is fantastic in his treatment and he knows which treatment is the best for each person and this is why I keep going back because it helps. I find younger stuff or not so courteous, they don’t always smile and welcome you even though it’s the same thing day after day, it does make a big difference. I went in on an worker's comp case injuries to my foot and ankle. Kate my physiotherapist is very intentive gental and patient. She listens to me when I tell her where my pain is and explains things to me quite well. Kate is quick to get things to workers comp and if workers comp asks me a question she will send a more elaborate email so they understand how things are going. The front lady's are very nice and personable as well ... the only thing I can complain about is the ugly yellow walls lol.

My experience at the clinic was really good. After about 10 sessions I was able to return to work. I had pinched nerves in my shoulder causing a lot of pain. The session helped a lot with the pain and bringing back use of my arm.

In April I was asked to confirm an appointment. Since then, I've been trying to get them to understand that I never made an appointment. I live near Chicago and have never even been to Canada. Now it is June and they've contacted me for the fifth time, this time asking me to leave a review (for services I never received). I hope this is an anomaly and not indicative of how professional they are and how they listen to their actual clients. Addendum: I am still getting e-mails from these people. They are admonishing me for not keeping up with treatments. To reiterate: I told them I had no appointment when they contacted me in error. I live about 1,000 miles away. They just don't get it. I would be very reluctant to trust them.

I found the staff at PT Health very friendly and understanding. I went to see Patricia for massage therapy after a car accident. She very attentive to the needs at the time. She made suggestion about how to make sure that I got better and tried not to do go backwards in my therapy. We seemed to have completed our session and I am very happy with results. She did what she could to help me and I am very much appreciated. The hour were very convenient and that was a plus because I could go after work.

It was a good service, but because my insurance does not cover much, and my work has gone down because of corona, I decided to stop my treatments for the time being. My therapist gave a good treatment, although, I expected a little more hands on treatment. The place I went to previously did give more and the cost was less.
