He was very quickly able to diagnose the issue with my back and provided me every opportunity to book weekly sessions to help fix that. I was given exercises that I can do on my own that really help. Dr. Costner is an excellent practitioner. I began seeing him, following a accident in February 2018 and by April 2018, I was able to return to my regular activities. I now continue to see him, on a semi regular basis, for "tune ups" when my body is feeling "out of whack". It was with great anticipation I met with Dr. Coster for the first time a couple months ago. After my concerns were dismissed by my previous chiropractor I was losing hope and gave up on the thought I would ever find relief. Dr. Coster took both my symptoms and concerns seriously. Within our first session I had a diagnosis and a detailed treatment plan. A weight was lifted off my shoulders (literally) and I knew I wouldn't always feel so sore and miserable.
