The staff on the call was very accommodating for my emergency. The staff at the center were professional as well. The first draw back I noticed is that the center is too busy for the physicians and the supporting staff to provide personal and good quality care. Some update - the physiotherapist I saw gave me the wrong diagnosis after asking me questions and examining me for 30 minutes. I had an sprained meniscus and required RICE, he treated me with heat and electric stimulation. For me, waste of my treatment time and it may have worsened my conditions. I would recommend to stay away.

My son had ALLOT of physical limitations due to a number of medical reasons, after MANY years of our son getting physio,Chiropractic treatment and massages at this location I have to say he is doing MUCH better, thanks to their knowledge,commitment in helping him,they sincerely cared about the out come and it shows!!My husband and I are in our 50's and we have been to MANY places in the past just to compare the quality of customer service,knowledge and professionalism, and this place by far is the BEST! Also it is very important to us that the environment has a pleasant atmosphere.We are forever grateful for all that you have done Imran and staff and continue to do!!!We will continue your Chiropractic treatment and massages from your amazing staff! I'm new to this location and I always been welcomed, the staff is pleasant and helpful. One of the receptionist actually walked me back to the parking lot to show me the fastest way there. The guy there on Saturday morning knows people by name it makes you feel welcomed.

This clinic is amazing! Staff and doctor's are very knowledgeable and friendly! They deal with car accidents, wsib, and etc .. everyone there is so amazing I was and am very pleased :) I will definitely recommend this physio clinic to anyone looking to heal fast or looking for any type of braces or just phenomenal service ????

This is a great place with excellent people. Imran was my therapist and he help me with a lower back problem that'd been troubling me for 2 years I told him what caused me pain and he observed me in minute detail and suggested what I could do to feel better. He also manipulated the muscles that were tight. I'm now almost completely pain free and have started physical activities again. I totally recommend Imran in Mississauga Active physiotherapy!

This place is HORRIBLE. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced and EXTREMELY unprofessional! I have attended various physio places, and this one is by far the absolute worst. The staff at the reception are unprofessional, disorganized, and downright rude. The worst, is the brow woman with the extravagant eye shadow - she has absolutely no idea what she is doing. She bad mouthed me because she couldn't take responsibility for miscommunication between her and her colleagues. In fact, they tried to blame my sister and I for a timing mix up! During that unpleasant encounter, none of them even attempted to apologize once for their miscommunication. The brown woman told me that I should be grateful for her re-arranging my massage time because I came in 5 minutes late and that I'm doing her a favour. She also said she doesn't care if I go for my massage or not. She lectured me on arriving on time for massages and then moved up my massage time because she felt like it, without consulting me. Most professional places call the client and ask for the best alternative. On top of that, we were at the place the day before and the masseuse was just sitting there for 20 minutes, claiming that she had no idea my sister was waiting for a massage. During that time there were 4 other individuals in the physio area who just sat around and were gossiping the entire time. One of them even went inside and took a nap because she was tired, while on duty! All in all, this was a horrific experience. They wasted our time, were the rudest people I have ever encountered, and are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. They also treated my sister and I like crap because we were 'young', although I am 26 years old. Although I have given this place 1 star, its actually worth nothing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, ever.

I highly recommend this place to all family, friends and co-workers. I was recently in a serious car accident and I was referred by a friend to call M.A.P.S. Within the same day of my call, they were able to fit me in with an appointment. Their professional and caring staff, was able to make me feel at ease. With FREE parking & hot beverages to keep you warm, while you wait. I’ve been to other places & seen other Physio professionals, none came close to Mississauga Active Physiotherapy Services (M.A.P.S)

My experience at Mississauga Active Physiotherapy Services has been wonderful. Right from the time you enter the clinic, they are very knowledgeable friendly staff. The girls at front desk are wonderful. Jordana and Demi are on the ball with setting and being flexible regarding my appointments. They provide good positive environment. My Chiropractors Dr. Imraan, Dr. Fauzi and Dr. Suzanne, are all very polite and approachable and full of useful tips and advice. Dr. Imraan thumbs up to you!!! Genuinely, he spent time speaking with me and I thank him for his infectious enthusiasm and positive attitude. He helped me to understand what was happening to my neck muscles and upper back issues. Explaining the issue in great detail and setting out what the plan would be to rectify it. I have complete trust in him. The Physio Therapist assistants…Nidhi, Jelena and Ronak been wonderful! They always been fantastic and having much patience. They are all very friendly and approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend M.A.P.S.

Extremely rude service from the front receptionist; I have never been yelled by a receptionist for a service I was going to pay money for. My mom and sister used to come here years ago and receive top notch service all the way from the desk to the physiotherapists, unfortunately I can’t say the same years later. I came in and there was nobody at the desk; I waited and once the lady comes out from the back, she rolled her eyes and aggressively told us our massage therapist left after waiting 5 minutes. We understood since we were late and asked what’s going to happen and she very rudely told us to rebook. I told her that her tone was very aggressive and the least she could do was show us some respect to which she responded we didn’t deserve. The funniest part is she advised us to rebook and as we walked out she yelled to us RESPECT THE TIME

Very professional and highly organized with excellent facilities. They do not give "extra" appointments. Very personalable and friendly staff. Keeps the patient involved throughout. The short reception lady with blonde hair is very informative and knowledgeable. Definitely recommends this clinic to anyone in need of a proper recovery.
