ABSOLUTE BEST PHYSIO!!! I've tried quite a few physiotherapists in Mississauga and Karen is the best physio that I've had hands down. Both my mom and I have chronic knee and feet issues - from going to treatment here, its significantly reduced the pain in our joints. Alisha is also a great tech and everyone including the receptionists are clearly passionate about providing the best service. They also offer the best orthotics on the market. 10/10 would recommend going here!

I called in to book an appointment for 430pm for a 1 hour massage, over the phone I explained I will be taking an hour and she told me to come in 15 min before yo fill paper work due to it being my first time there. I came in 10 minutes earlier and was told there is no one available for 1 hour and they only have a spot for 1/2hr. How unprofessional is this? I drove 45min to this place and ended up not getting the massage I needed. To top it off the receptionist was very unprofessional and tried to make it my fault that there is only 1/2 hr available. I will never come back again, if you’re looking for a professional massage therapy DO NOT COME HERE.

Went to Delta to get my first ever massage recently and the experience was great. My massage therapist, Mary Ann, was phenomenal and very accommodating. I made a few requests and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. If anyone is looking to get their first massage or try a great RMT, I would highly recommend Mary Ann. In only two sessions the pain in my upper back has nearly disappeared. Definitely going to keep coming here whenever needed!

This reason I am saying, first of all, she is good at her job and she takes personal care of every detail and spends time on that. I know next time I need physiotherapy, she is there. Magnificent experience. I have been offered great attention with Physio therapy. For many years I had leg alignment problems and by coming to Complete Care Physio I have seen improvements in my legs around the knee area. I had little to no movement in my right arm and also lost balance in my right leg due to brain strokes. I spoke to Karen over the phone and she suggested I come down to the clinic for an assessment. She is very detail oriented and went deep into the causes of my disability and made sure she curated a therapy plan which would be best for me. She did an outstanding job and in just 1 month and over a span of 7 sessions, I have regained 99% movement in my arm and 100% recovered my leg balance. I have been going to this clinic weekly for the last 6 months. Initially it had started going due to some pain in my left arm, which turned out to be tendonitis. I also had some muscle imbalances sciatica and limited range of motion in my arms and legs. The team at Delta Physio have been wonderful in helping to alleviate my pain and work out these issues. I have been working with several members from exercises and treatment of my tendonitis, to chiropractic care as well getting custom orthotics. My physical health and wellbeing has significantly improved as a result. I am in less pain, and I feel better physically, have more confidence, and just generally feel better about myself. I've had bad knees for an extremely long time and have had multiple doctors tell me that I am fine and diagnose me based on the fact I look young but as soon as I came to Complete Care Physio, I have seen a big improvement in my knees. I am not in excruciating pain anymore and finally am on the road to improving my condition. They were able to immediately tell me what was going on with my knees and the cause and also able to start treatment right away. I've followed their directions alsoalso post-care when not at physio and when you do whatsw required and come religiously to your appointments, you will see a BIG difference. It's only been a short period of time since I started and I already see big improvement. 10/10 would recommend.

My experience has been very positive. The environment is clean and all staff professional and positive. The intake was with in 24hr compared to a 3 month wait time to be accepted to a cllinic covered by OHIP. They have several treatment modalities which were used on me. Laser, shock waves, manual manipulaion, tens like machine, heat packs plus your homework which consists of exercises for the stage you are at in your journey to full recovery. I will not hesitate to use them again for future issues.

A wonderful clinic that is Modern, Clean, Friendly, Very professional, Effective and Pretty easy accessible (with plenty of free parking space). Visited Complete care Physio after 6 weeks of my severe ankle sprain and hairline fracture @ ankle, as part of rehabilitation. Khairunnisa and her team have helped me with incredible service to make tremendous progress in gaining mobility(range of motion, strengthening, balance etc), surprisingly in short period of time. The clear home exercise instructions that augment the therapy have helped a lot on the speed recovery.

I’ve been treated at this location for hip and leg pain, everyone from the receptionist to Chiropractor are professional, a friendly greeting on arrival,all insurance billing was automatically done and the Chiropractor was more interested in what me feel comfortable making it a lot easier to relax before the treatment . UPDATE: Since my last review I have also come back for massages related to my injury with Mary Ann. She is, hands down, the best RMT that I have ever seen, and I have seen many. She is very knowledgable and caring, but also very strong and gentle. She always recommends stretches and exercises for my problem areas at each session. With the guidance of Karen and Mary Ann, my shoulder fully recovered within 4 sessions. I also tried their compression stockings and they are so easy to put on and keep on for the whole day, even in the heat of the summer. They are well fitted, comfortable and soft. The price is comparable to other medical grade compression stockings and the delivery is super quick. Very professional, caring and friendly staff. Very clean facility and up to standard sanitation protocols. My physiotherapist is Karen and she is the most knowledgable and detail-oriented physiotherapist I have met. I had seen 2 physiotherapists for the same problem before Karen and found little to no improvement in my condition despite seeing them for months. I have been seeing Karen for just over a month and I have seen drastic improvements already. Karen is always on the ball, from her initial assessment to diagnosis to treatment to reassessments. She always asks the right series of questions that go beyond the obvious questions. and she assesses my joints and muscles in ways that go beyond my chief complaint which helps her get to the root of the problem. She always takes time to educate me about my condition, do's and don't's and outlook. She has used many treatment modalities according to my condition at each visit including electrodes, laser, shock, manual, stretching and strengthening. Whatever she uses at each visit gets me closer to recovery. I feel blessed to have found Karen and her team as they have helped me tremendously on this difficult journey toward recovery. Shout out to the other amazing ladies in Karen's team (Ally, Alicia, Sam, and Joanna) for their continuous care and expertise. I appreciate all of you.

Since I had my first injury in Canada, I visited this amazing center to have physiotherapy. Khairun the physiotherapy Doctor was able to diagnose exactly my problem where other doctors I met in my life were unable to find the cause accurately! I went to Complete Care Physio because I had severe pain in my knee. The team at Complete Care worked with me with various treatments and slowly designed various exercises to help stretch as well as strengthen my legs and tendons. In detail they demonstrated exactly how to properly do each exercise effectively as well as to explain how each exercise effected the various parts of my lower body. They also put together a specific exercise program for me to do at home. Only just after five visits the pain was gone. They made me a believer!!!!! What a difference!!!! Thank you.

I could barely bend or turn when I visited them 1st time. I found this place on google, it was the closest one to my house. I didn’t know how good they were at first. But after I had the first few sessions, I felt so much better and was getting better after each visit till the pain was gone and now I could finally walk perfectly without any knee pain or ankle stiffness. I had ankle mobility problems due to a bad ankle sprain that I ignored for years and then I finally decided I needed to get this taken care of before it gets any worse. Physiotherapist, Khairunaisa Hemani is very knowledgeable and well versed. I had severe pain in my lower back and from my first visit I knew I would be in good hands at Delta Physio. They explained how different parts of the body and back work and what was happening causing the pain. Once I was ready I was given manageable exercises to continue daily on my own in between appointments. I had continued support from the staff throughout each visit and would highly recommend them!

What can I say about this wonderful group of people at Delta Physiotherapy. From day one Karen made me feel comfortable and explained exactly what we have to do to repair a small tear in my shoulder. I had the pain for over a year and now and in about 4-6 weeks I can say I'm 95% better. She is very attentive and is always involved in the process. They have multiple machines that help massage and repair the affected area as well as stretching and strength training. Ale who is always there as well is very pleasant and will always ask how is your shoulder, how is it coming along etc. and is always ready to help out and get you hooked up to one of the machines. I went to their clinic with shoulder pain and chronic TMJ and I was very satisfied from the results I had, within 2 months I get back to my normal life. I cannot imagine that the pain is gone finally. And this will never happen without this amazing team from physiotherapy, Acupuncture , massage and staff assistance.

I am very lucky to find Delta Physiotherapy & Rehab located at 325 Central Parkway West, Unit 38 Mississauga. My mother is 92 years old. She suffers a lot of pain from her arms and shoulders. Family doctor said not much he can do due to her age. We consulted with an acupuncturist and got the same feedback. My mom gave up and was getting depressed. I then surfed on internet and found Delta. Meena, the physiotherapist, is so nice and patient to my mom. I remember during the first visit, my mom couldn’t even let me touch her right arm. And now after about 20+ treatment, she can raise her right arm a bit. After each treatment, Meena spends some time to massage my mom’s shoulders and arms. My mom keeps saying “feel so comfortable” and her smile brightens up the room. I haven’t seen her smiling for a long time! Alisa at the front desk is very helpful too. She helps set my mom up with the equipment and makes sure my mom is comfortable with the heat pads and everything else. I have neck/shoulder/back pain and fatigue due to long hour of facing a laptop and stressful work environment. Recently I got my massage therapy from Mary Ann. She is so good and professional. My body feel relaxed and loosened up, which helps me get better quality of sleep. I would like to thank Meena, Alisa and Mary Ann. I hope more people know about them and reach help from them. The owner Khairunnisa is an excellent physiotherapist. I came to her clinic with a back pain and a chronic knee pain from bursitis. She was very good in diagnosing my problems and explaining what’s wrong, how she can treat me and how many sessions I need to cure. Meena my Physiotherapist at Delta Physiotherapy has worked wonders helping me regain my mobility and balance. I came to Delta because of their experience with post polio. Through a daily exercise program set up by Meena, I have seen real improvement in my leg strength and ability to walk steadily. Her encouragement keeps me on track as we gradually increase the intensity of the exercises The staff are cheerful and helpful, the location has lots of parking and the facility is bright with rooms for different therapies as well as machines in the central room. Glad I found it!

Excellent Customer Experience About 2 weeks ago, I was suffering from crippling sciatic nerve pains in my back and through my leg. Tried a number of physio clinics in the area, all were over booked and not accepting drop-ins. We stumbled upon Complete Care Physio which was booked up as well for the day but was very accommodating and able to fit me in for an assessment. We were first greeted with a very friendly and helpful receptionist who took my information and processed it quite quickly. I was then introduced to the Physio Assistant, Michele. She was extremely helpful and tried to ease the pain as well as made sure I was comfortable. Her warm and positive attitude along with her understanding of patients needs made me feel calm and relaxed while I waited. After a few minutes the Physiotherapist, Khairunnisa walked in. Her assessment was thorough and explained in detail what the issue was and what was needed to get better. Aside from being very professional and knowledgeable in her field, she is friendly and genuine. She tries her best to make you comfortable and takes the time to answer all questions. I am five sessions in at the clinic and the results have been amazing. From barely being able to walk and in excruciating pain to walking and moving with little to no pain, the progress has been great. I've been able to get back to work and back to normal life again. I am very grateful and thankful for the work they do at the clinic and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for great service, friendly staff and positive results.

Staff at Delta Physiotherapy is amazing .I have been going there for about two months for physio and chiropractic treatments, they are all very professional and passionate . Initially, I came in to relieve my neck/upper back pain (side effect of my workplace) which has been a constant the last few months. Karen and Ashley from the physio team are absolutely fantastic - they obviously work well together and are very experienced, kind, and thorough.
