Was a patient at this practice two years ago and had successful treatment however, recently the office called to ask why I longer attended physiotherapy at their life ocation. I pleasantly informed them that after successfully treating my injury I did not see it necessary to continue their services, to which she replied "well you can still come in for massages". This brings into question the goals and values of this establishment as members of a professional health care practice should be patient oriented. This is definitely not the vibe I got from that particular phone call. I would just like to emphasize that this is not a reflection of the physiotherapist that treated me but a reflection of this establishment.

Physiotherapist is not with you the whole time during the appointment. The assistants don't know well the cases, thus you have to repeat everything several times, which does not help with the continuity and improvement of your recovery. The space is split out with curtains, allowing for no privacy between clients. Working out area is cluttered and small, again with no privacy. They also don't stick with the suggested timeframe, which could be an advantage if you want to stay longer but not good for planning your day. They are nice and have affordable prices, but if you actually want to improve your problem well, I would honestly go somewhere else.

I utilized the physiotherapy services at Axiz physic after a meniscal repair surgery due to sports injury . Jasmin (owner) and Amandeep were phenomenal. They worked out a treatment plan that was in accordance with how much I can handle and my doctor's recommendations. My doctor was pleased with my progress when I went for both of my follow ups. These two wonderful ladies are very professional, caring, and kind. The facility is also well quipped. Furthermore, I was really pleased that the treatment areas were closed off, giving privacy and comfort to patients. I'm really happy I came across this clinic as I felt well taken care of. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Jasmine was super caring for my 10 year old son who had runner's knee problem with severe pain. This was my first time going to Physiotherapy due to Tennis elbow and mild carpal tunnel. I read Jasmine was highly recommended on another site. I am happy to say that Jasmine was very good at treating my arms & elbows. She provided information, she was respectful and personable. Her touch was gentle and comforting. The additional home exercises she provided was also great. In addition, this facility also provides message therapy. Often with tennis elbow you get a sore back and neck. Jackie the message therapist was outstanding. By her care, my back problems were fixed. In a few months I recovered from my tennis elbow nicely. I highly recommend Axiz Physio for professional courteous and efficient service.
