I attended Osborne Physio therapy because of a chronic back condition. What I was hoping for was a plan to not only help my back heal but to prevent it from getting injured again. Or at least make it harder to injure. The folks at Osborne Physio are very friendly and the prices are very competitive. Unfortunately the therapy was not what I was looking for. Basically I just kept showing up and going through the same routine of stretching and ultrasound. After the third appointment of this I decided to move on. I went to another physiotherapy outlet(Nova) And they were much more modern and up-to-date in customer interaction and therapy. They are also more expensive but I feel it’s worth it. They have given me back strengthening exercises and stretches along with an app that helps me follow said regime. Each visit is different and is moving along towards my healing. I’m not saying that Osborne Physio isn’t a good place, but for me it wasn’t a good fit.

I’ve been suffering from chronic muscle tension and tmj syndrome for 10 years now. On and off physio with little to no results. A few days ago I scheduled massage therapy with Elizabeth. I almost wanted to cry, years of clenched up muscles finally relieved. It was honestly a life changing experience. It was also so neat seeing a significant difference in my posture. Will be back next week, thanks again, Elizabeth!
