I saw Cathy last winter for a curling injury. I had great success after following her advice for my knee problem. This autumn as I recovered from surgery for a complex ankle fracture, I again turned to Cathy for information, advice and exercise suggestions. After only two visits with Cathy, I am already walking much better and feeling more confident. I highly recommend this Physiotherapy practice. The staff are friendly and the location is easy to get to and very accessible.
