No more back pain!! I had previously been to see a Chriopractor, and always left in more pain than I went in. I then did some research, and thought I would give Physio a try.... Well them me tell you, I should have gone years ago. Nick is the man, and fixed me right up. The clinic at Lifemark is great. Friendly, careing and professional. If you have back pain than you just deal with, I would highly recommend them.

I hurt my shoulder in June of this year and I was given a prescription to Physio. I am so happy I decided to go with Lifemark. The Physiotherapist, ALEX, was amazing. He was kind, gentle, informative and knew exactly what I needed to make my shoulder 100% better. I would recommend Lifemark in Bridgewater to anyone in need of Physio. The receptionist, Andrea, was great to deal with as well. They are very personable and are willing to work around your schedule to make sure you get an appointment at your convenience. I look forward to my visits with Angelica at Lifemark! She is an outstanding RMT and provides new techniques I have never had with other RMTs. She always wants to make sure that her client is comfortable and listens attentively and adjusts her pressure accordingly. Anjelica is highly knowledgable in her area of work and it shows! Andrea the receptionist is also a fantastic team member with Lifemark. She is upbeat and friendly with all clients! I always look forward to conversing with her. Overall Lifemark is a great atmosphere with its positivity!

Rather than take the diagnosis that had been handed to me, Nick did a thorough assessment of my symptoms. Turns out I was mistaken and I appreciated the time he took to explain the differences as well as all possible procedures with me. I was injured in June, had seen a Physio at a different clinic in Ontario with no relief. When we moved home to NS, after quarantine was done I found Nick! In the first 2 treatments I had improvement in my back issues, and by the end of 4 weeks I had learned movements to do at home that I no longer require treatments!!! For the first time since June, I have no major issues with my back! Nick is excellent! He taught me the differences between injuries and their presentations in a way that I clearly understood why the treatments worked. Nick assessed me every visit to ensure that there was progress from the treatments, and if it wasn't working readjusted and reassessed until it was! He taught me the exercises that maintain my health and well being! Nick is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Working in healthcare myself, I appreciate someone who does their job well the first time! Nick's goal was to have me able to manage my injury independently, and not need to return for treatments.
