Hello was very disappointed with the Rx I received and most of all my evaluation. The gentleman I saw for evaluation could learn alot from Phoenix Rehab. Eight weeks there and those educated to treat work place injuries, and what you can and can't do was enlightening. The experience gave me a great awareness of my body and WHAT I CAN and CANNOT do to prevent pain. Very discourahing for NO recognition for the education given me regarding my injury.
