J'ai alors suivis le programme d'exercices qui m'a été donné. Après quelques semaines la douleur est devenu insupportable. J'ai dû aller chez un physiatre, une sommité dans son domaine, et il m'a injecté cortisone dans les deux bras. Il m'a bien dit que les exercices qui m'ont été conseillées m'ont démolis les bras, que ce n'était pas approprié au diagnostic. Mon bras droit, malgré la cortisone, ne se replace pas et je dois maintenant abandonner mon métier temporairement (j'espère), ce qui va me faire perdre des dizaines de milliers de dollars. Ça m'a coûté 3 sessions chez Physio extra et ça a gâché ma vie professionnelle et en plus j'ai de la douleur permanente maintenant.
