I only gave this clinic a 1 star because I can't give them 0 stars without being able to post this review. The receptionist Jessica, she has no profesionalism and is giving the clinic a bad name. I had an accident and fractured some bones in the hip area and was referred to see an orthopedist. My fiance booked an appointment for me at this clinic with the receptionist Jessica who gave him the business card of the orthopedist with the date of the appointment she wrote on the back. This receptionist was completely incompetent and rude. First, she messed up the date of the appointment because the date she had given was the wrong day of the week. I was being understanding about this because I know people can make mistakes. So I called the clinic a week before the appointmnent to confirm the date but they couldn't even find any appointments booked under my name and told me that I had to refax to them the referral to be able to know the next available date. So I went in person at their clinic in crutches to show them the business card they had given with the appointment date at the back as proof that they did book an appointment for me. The receptionist who was there at the time said she was replacing another receptionist and she had no access to the doctors' schedules and that she would recheck with the other receptionist and get back to me. I call the next day to see if they checked my appointmnet and they said that they might have booked the appointment at the external clinic at the hospital Charles Lemoyne and that I have to call the hospital to verify the appointment, which I did and the hospital couldn't find any appointments either. Even if the clinic did book the appointment elsewhere, why didn't say so the day they booked the appointment and give me me a business card of the orthopedist working at their clinic? Also, they told me they don't even even look at fractures there. Why didn't they mention it in the first place? They made me waste so much time and energy. Now I have to wait another month to see another orthopedist elsewhere because for sure I will never try to book another appointment with them. If you need to see a specialist fast, stay away from this place. I can't say anything about their doctors because their incompetent, rude an unorganized receptionist didn't even give me a chance to see them. To the doctors who work there please talk to your receptionists and check that they are doing their jobs correctly.

I called last April to follow up on my spouse's request to see an orthopedic surgeon and was advised that the doctor had given the file a semi-urgent rating and that I will have an appointment in October. I call last week to ask when he is going to have an appointment and the secretary advises me that she has to go and ask the doctor if he wants to accept the case because surgery has been done. (Emergency surgery which did not solve the problem hence the need to see a specialist). I explain to him that the doctor is already aware of the surgery since everything was detailed in the request sent and that he has already approved the appointment since he gave it a priority rating. She tells me that she will call me back. Never call me back .. I call the next week and she tells me the doctor doesn't want to see the patient anymore and the file has been shredded! Well done for the great lack of competence! I have no idea what she told the doctor, but I don't understand why the doctor suddenly changed his mind when it was approved. She tells me that my partner has to go see HER doctor! The emergency room doctor is not his doctor and does not follow up for the condition for which he must see an orthopedic surgeon. We now have to start the whole process over because of this secretary's incompetence! I do not recommend this clinic. Please change secretaries! I'm not the only one who had a bad experience without even having the chance to see the doctor ... (Original) J'aurai donné 0 si je pouvais. Très mauvais service! J’appel en avril dernier pour faire un suivi sur la demande de mon conjoint pour voir un chirurgien orthopédiste et on m’avise que le médecin à donné au dossier une cote semi-urgente et que j’aurai un rendez-vous en octobre. J’appel la semaine passé pour demander quand est-ce qu’il va avoir un rendez-vous et la secrétaire m’avise qu’elle doit aller demander au médecin s’il veut accepter le dossier car une chirurgie a été faite. (Chirurgie d’urgence qui n’a pas réglé le problème d’où le besoin de voir un spécialiste). Je lui explique que le médecin et déjà au courant de la chirurgie puisque tout était détaillé dans la demande envoyé et qu’il a déjà approuvé le rendez-vous puisqu’il lui a donné une cote de priorité. Elle me dit qu’elle va me rappeler. Ne me rappelle jamais.. j’appel la semaine suivante et elle me dit que le médecin ne veut plus voir le patient et que le dossier a été déchiqueté! Bravo pour le grand manque de compétence! Je n’ai aucune idée ce qu’elle a raconté au médecin mais je ne comprend pas pourquoi le médecin a soudainement changé d’avis alors que c’était approuvé. Elle me dit que mon conjoint doit aller voir SON médecin! Le médecin à l’urgence n’est pas son médecin et ne fait pas de suivi pour la condition pour laquelle il doit consulter un chirurgien orthopédiste. Nous devons maintenant recommencer le processus au complet à cause de l’incompétance de cette secrétaire! Je ne recommande pas cette clinique. Changez de secrétaires SVP! Je ne suis pas la seule qui a eu une mauvaise expérience sans même avoir eu la chance de voir le médecin...
