They performed a high quality assessment of my injury, provided an action plan on treatment and were professional, courteous and encouraging the entire time. I have been seeing Matt dibsdale since my workplace accident. He has been very informative and kind with care and follows up on xrays even when your doctor doesn't. I will continue to see matt even after wsib for maintenance best place ive been even though I never thought I'd be there great and pleasant staff. Thank you all so much ❤

I know Matt has a tight schedule somedays, Ihave never felt he rushed through any appointment I have had with him. I went to Preferred Rebab for four and a half months for help in dealing with severe chronic pain. Matt and Paige were both wonderful to work with, and I looked forward to all of my appointments with them. They were patient and kind and knowledgeable and very experienced, and have given me the tools I need to move forward on my own. I would highly recommend Preferred Rehab to anyone who is dealing with pain, and I will not hesitate to go back in the future if I need to. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and everyone working there is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I also appreciate that they're doing everything they can to keep their patients and staff safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. 5 stars!!!!!
