J'ai été surpris d'être recontacté et qu'il y ait eu un réel suivi fait à cet effet. Le service à la clientèle est très courtois, les installations sont pratiquement neuves et il y a un ascenceur dans l'immeuble (détail très important quand on a de la difficulté à marcher et monter des escaliers). PCN était auparavant très orienté athlhètes de haut niveau, mais dorénavant, c'est ouvert à tous et je le recommande fortement. Une approche professionnelle sur toute la ligne.
