Result, I had to expand my orthosis and replaced the damper in the right place in another center of orthosis! It cost us finally a nice extra to have tailor-made. In addition to the service of my orthesist who was far from being "good". In short, advertising is misleading .... these are not orthoses designed specifically for each of us. (Original) J'ai reçu des orthèses qui n'étaient pas la largeur de mon pied !!! Une orteil dans le vide, pas pratique et irritant . C'est fait selon un gabarit et non les mesures du pied réel ! Aussi , le coussin amortisseur de choc n'a pas été placé à la bonne place ....encore une fois selon un gabarit à mentionné l'orthesiste ! ! Wow ! Payer un gros prix pour ne pas être sur mesure !! Résultat , j'ai du me faire élargir mon orthèse et replacé l'amortisseur à la bonne place dans un autre centre d'orthèse! Ça nous a coûté finalement un bel extra pour avoir du sur mesure . En plus du service de mon orthesiste qui etait loin d'être "bien". Bref, la publicité est mensongère .... ce ne sont pas des orthèses conçus spécifiquement pour chacun d'entre nous.

Bien que l'on puisse toujours se faire rembourser par nos assurances privées, celles-ci ne remboursent pas 100% des frais. La RAMQ aurait pu payer 100% sans affecter notre cote d'assurance (augmentation future).
