Best physio and massage place to go to in Lethbridge and it’s located conveniently on the west side!! I’ve been a long time client who has had nothing but great experiences here. I have visited Lime West for two different situations. The first was a shoulder pain that they solved in a couple of weeks. The next has to do with slipped discs in my back and arthritis in my hip. Double whammy! While they haven't 'cured' that in a couple of weeks, I am seeing improvement on a regular basis. The staff are great. My therapist (Tarek - the owner) is outstanding. He knows his stuff. Give this place a try.
