As soon as the owner, Amy, heard of my dissatisfaction she immediately called me on her person number to clear up any worries I had moving forward. If you have need for physical therapy, Lime Physical Therapy West (in the YMCA building) is the place to go. Not only do you get incredible views of the prairies, but the staff there are very well versed in their craft. I have worked with Tarek, Alex and Zach to recover from a foot injury. They are very personable and knowledgeable about how to move forward in the process of recovery. Tarek was a great advocate for me in working with my insurance company, as I had never been off work before on disability. I even took my son along to get some help with a sports injury. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good physio experience.

My Name is Corrinne Little and I have suffered with spider veins ( Rosacea) on my nose for over 2 years easy and have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of it. I heard of Lime health and thought I would give it a try as I literally had no options left. I made an appointment with Amy for a consultation and she immediately knew what to do. The problem was from my glasses and pressure point causing this to happen. Amy gave me laser treatment that day and within 2 weeks it was gone. I highly recommend this to anyone who suffers like I did. I have people coming to me asking what I did to myself as I look so much better. Thank You Amy for my new outlook on life. I have done WCB forced "physio " at other places. They did the absolute bare minimum or less to help me. Lime is completely different. Lime works with you to help heal you and get better. Since starting at Lime, old injuries have begun to heal and get better while working on my current injury. I will recommend Lime to everyone

Awesome experience!! Had never been to physio prior to my referral to Lime! Was nervous and unsure what to expect! The atmosphere and the staff at Lime were very welcoming which took me from nervous to relaxed and comfortable! My evaluation with Tarek was thorough and professional! If you are ever in need of physiotherapy I would highly recommend Lime!!!

The clinical staff are absolutely excellent, if the rating was for them alone, it would be 5/5, no question. The physio and massage staff are wonderful. The reception staff are difficult to deal with, however. They often seem irritable and are inconsistently helpful. For example, some of the folks have no issue doing direct billing for my insurance, while others make a big fuss about it and say it can't be done. Another example, I'll call to book an appointment and the staff will tell me there's no openings for months, so i call back a couple hours later (hoping I get a different receptionist) and all of a sudden there's multiple openings on the days/times i was looking for. Basically, for the health side of things, they're pretty solid. But prepare to be annoyed by inconsistent and occasionally rude reception staff.
