Sarah Smith is my therapist and I could not be happier. She has given me a new outlook on life and put me on a path to a much improved lifestyle. I had a serious neck injury that left me disabled. We were then reared ed which gave me whiplash. Sarah treated my whiplash but did not stop there. She is now working with me to improve balance and mobility and has already given me hopes of being "normal". I have nothing but positive things to say about lifemark and highly recommended them

I was treated at Lifemark Physiotherapy in Lethbridge by Dale Probst and he was amazing! He spent a lot of time doing the assessment and after he started right away treating me for BPPV (vertigo). He really cares to be sure I feel well again! Even he phoned me on Sunday to see how I was doing. I really recommend Dale, he is a very good physiotherapist and also a great person. And the whole place is very nice and all the people working there are very professional.Thank you Dale very much.

I visited LifeMark last January (2015) after sustaining a tight IT band injury. My experience there was great and very helpful. I was going to be running a very special half marathon near the end of February, so Sarah did her best to help me be back on a better track for that in a short amount of time. I appreciated the patience and time that was given to go through my exercises and work with me to find the ones that suited my injury and abilities best. I also found it very helpful that Sarah explained exactly what was going on with my muscles so that I had a better understanding of how it all worked, I found it very beneficial to the treatment process instead of just being told what to do to make it better. By the time the half marathon came up, I felt much better and more equipped with the right knowledge to go forward in my running career. I still use the exercises LifeMark gave me on a regular basis to keep my muscle strength up! Overall the office has a very warm and clean atmosphere. I was always greeted with a friendly smile by Caitlin at the front desk, and treated with the utmost care. I highly recommend going to LifeMark for treatment.

This is the best physio treatment facility in Lethbridge in my opinion the physio therapist Dale is fantastic at his job he is patient kind and knows his job excellent Iv have been with him for a month and have had better progress in my recovery than I have the last 8 months since my accident. I strongly recommend this place. Best physio in Lethbridge!!! They make you feel welcomed once you book and arrive. From reception to all therapists. You will be well taken care of. They listen to every concern you have. They take all COVID precautions seriously. I had Harry both times I needed help. Dale also helped when needed too. But all therapists seem caring and respectful. The place is very clean and organized. I have attended physio twice here now. Both for workplace incidents. First was a strained back by frequently lifting and turning. Next was a vehicle accident on work time. Both claims through wcb.

Awesome! I had a bike accident in the summer and saw Kelsie for help with my shoulder and knee. She was awesome. I learned more from her in the first 10 minutes about my injuries than I learned from either the ER doc or my own. She is knowledgeable, always happy and extremely helpful. She always listens, encourages and met all of my physiotherapy needs. I also saw Dale once and he was great and always asks how I am doing every visit, even though I mostly work with Kelsie. The front staff are great too. I have recommended Lifemark Lethbridge to friends and I will continue to do so. Great place, great staff, great experience!
