New patient trying to book an appointment: Phone system asking you to press four options to then say “fill out form online” and wait. Based on previous Google reviews that wasn’t an option so called McGill sports clinic - they actually take patients that are not McGill sports students - and got an appointment within 5 minutes the following week. Conclusion: if you don’t know how to on-board new patients just say you don’t want any on your website so we can save (y)our time. You were actually referred by another clinic. If you want new patients just do like telecom companies: new patients press 1 and current patients press 2 so we get right down to business in a minute or less

Il m’a expliqué qu’il s’agissait plutôt d’une urgence familiale que je ne vais pas détailler par respect à sa vie privée mais tout a été éclairci. Par la suite il a commencé le traitement. called to cancel my appointment today and secretary was beyond rude. she reprimanded me for not calling the right secretary, huffed and puffed while she helped me, just to advise me that the other secretary would only be back next week and to call her to reschedule! really happy i cancelled my appointment and didnt give them more of my money or time....
One of the worst customer experience I ever had. I don't know where to start. I contacted them through their website in August in order to schedule a rendez-vous. About 10 days after (!) I received a confirmation that my request has been transferred to Dr. Pagé and his/her secretary will get into touch with me. During that time I received a call in French (I speak French very well and have no issue with it, but for important things such as my health I would prefer receiving service in the language I speak better) that I should send them my MRI report and GP prescription, which I promptly did the same day by email. No news from them for about 10 days, i shoot them another email. Then, the secretary of Dr. Pagé calls me (in French) and start talking in a rude manner, absolutely not listening to anything I had to say: I asked her whether she needs a report from an MRI technician and she didn't believe me I have it ("Ce n'est pas possible que vous l'avez, c'est confidentiel, je fais ce travail depuis XXX ans"), and starts patronizing me. You don't do that to a potential client. Finally I send them the same documents I already did, this time by fax (?!). Mid-September I shoot them another email, and receive a voicemail that my "file is in process", whatever that means. In the meantime, i got a rendez-vous in a regular clinique, get treated by an expert in the field (check my other reviews) and completely forgot about these Laval guys. Then a Christmas surprise yesterday (Dec 18): they sent me ANOTHER request, a prescription for an X-ray with a small note instructing me what to do. I threw it in the garbage.
