Amazing massage therapy, courteous staff! I had the most amazing Ashiatsu Massage last night after a gruelling day! Abby was fantastic, made me feel very comfortable in my first massage of the type. I left feeling relaxed and relieved.. and booked a second! Highly recommend the Centre and Abby!

A very friendly, clean centre. Everyone I have seen is very knowledgeable about their specialty. Only downfall is their parking lot. As you drive in there are massive holes ???? in the gravel. I would think they’d fix them with how busy they are. But other then that everything is perfect!

I don't believe I have ever seen a more welcoming environment filled with great professionals. It's a beautiful place that lifts your spirits every time you walk in. It only gets better from there...these people I could swear have magical powers, they're that good. Prices are very reasonable but I'm covered by a workplace benefit plan so it's basically free to a certain point for me - a no brainer for anybody with some coverage from work.

Absolutely amazing place. Pain relief that actually lasts along with very knowledgeable staff who help you during your appt but also set you up with some homecare routines based on any issues you are having. Wish there was a 6th star to add here.

I have been going to Lavalee Health Centre for months now. I have 2 rods in my back and suffer from severe pain affecting my quality of life. My therapist is Haley Funk. She is very professional and the difference she has made in my quality of life is night and day. I wish the government would one day be proactive and cover these services so that seniors without a plan could access them on a regular basis, perhaps minimizing the need for pain medication. I would highly recommend Lavallee Health Centre and Haley

This used to be the place to go for massage therapy. As far as I am concerned, if you arent seeing Rachel (who would get 10/5 stars if I could) then do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to go. The service from her was literally phenomenal. She is great at her job and up to date on current practice. Last time I was here (a few last minute cancellations on their part between then and now) i was left with literal swelling and bruising because if they didnt do deep enough tissue massage during pregnancy she could miraculously put me into labour (which is extremely outdated and incorrect information). This time, they called to add an extra 30 mins to my 30 min appointment because they had a last minute cancellation. I was unavailable and out of town so they left me a voicemail and I was given a nasty attitude when I arrived because I was responsible to check my voicemail and accomodate their time change (which yes, I ended up having to pay for). When asked what I wanted to work on, I advised it was my lower back and once again, my breastfeeding was brought up and I was told they should look at my neck and shoulders too. I said they should be fine but sure. The therapist didnt do any of my low back or hips as requested and only focused on my neck/shoulder which will have zero effect because i have an active disc injury had she been listening to me. Overall, if you have a very simple thing to work on, go here, but youll save money going to the spa for a simple massage anyways.
