After going to 2 different physiotherapists (one who misdiagnosed me and another one who was completely useless) this place helped!! Kastir knew it was my TFL right away(because he actually listened) He initiated therapy with a variety of different techniques. Kastir is extremely smart and was learning/upgrading to the most cutting-edge type of needle therapy when I saw him. I thought I would need hip surgery but this guy changed my life. I am listened to, and the empathy and desire to help me is very obvious. Every procedure,treatment and after care is fully explained as to why it is being applied,what it is and how it will help. Kastir has been my physiotherapist and he puts in extra efforts to figure out exactly why I have the pain I have,where it is coming from and how it can be treated. He listens attentavivley and treats fully. He is also able to bring of services of other therapists such as massage to deal with issues that will continue my treatment. After only a few treatments I am feeling the difference. Thank you so much to the whole team. And being a new clinic they are offering a 20 percent discount!I will never complain about a discount! I came here after breaking my shin/ankle in 4 places, it required a rod, plate and at least a dozen screws and pins. They gave me an exercise/stretching program to follow as well as providing lazer/ultrasound therapy. I'm happy to say I'm about a month ahead of schedule and my range of motion is already better than expected.

I came here first in the height of the pandemic. They received me and treated me back to health. They always made sure to be clear about my treatment and explain what I needed to do in order to be successful in my recovery. I had to return after I injured myself at work and I returned to my previous therapist. WCB stopped my sessions there and sent me to a different place and it set me back. Now, after they've realized their faults, they asked me to return to therapy and I'm back to processing. Alifiyah is very smart and makes sure I'm on the right track for recovery. My wife suffered a stroke a couple of years ago and mobility is a major issue. Nothing we tried prior to going to Neurofocus Physiotherapy actually was giving any lasting benefits to her walking again. We actually started with their Physio On The Go company and when they got her to the point of walking short distances we moved to the clinic. Once that happened when the new clinic opened I was able to drive her to the clinic. After only few treatments I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. She’s now using a walker more then her wheelchair and it’s no big deal to walk from the car into the building and into the clinic. Going to Neurofocus is almost like going to visit family. They are super friendly and are there to fix your issues. I highly recommend them. Give them a try and see if you agree!

I had two sessions with physiotherapist Kastir and both of them were great; he saw the problem right away and made them a lot more functional just on the first visit. He gave me some exercises as well that I can do after my gym sessions to fully get them to 100%. I highly recommend him and the clinic. He did not keep trying to make me come back, but instead encouraged me to do the exercises on my own as it was not a huge issue and can be fixed, which I liked because he genuinely cares about my health and he understands my position. Everyone is very friendly, understanding and above all Kastir is patient and listens.

I've been coming to Neurofocus consistently for about a year now. I suffered daily with daily migraines (2+ years), shoulder pain, unexplained nerve pain and muscle weakness. After seeing multiple doctors, neurologists and chiropractors i felt quite hopeless at the thought of feeling "normal" again however when I began to receive treatment from physiotherapist Rora I instantly began to feel a difference. After our first 2-3 sessions I began to feel hopeful that I could start feeling normal again. She regularly checked up on me and made sure I was consistent with my exercises, all the while teaching me new exercises to strengthen my muscles. I finally began to feel myself again but unfortunately I had a recent car accident, needless to say Rora was my first call!! Actually, I went to the said clinic because Kastir was highly recommended by my sister in-law and true enough, he didn’t disappoint me. My right knee was bothering me for over a year due to osteo arthritis and at the same time surgery due to knee infection which resulted in my right knee having constant pain and bended knee( about 25% curvature) compared to the left knee. With Kastir’s expertise and attention to patients concern, my knee is totally healed, mo more pain and swelling and I can walk properly now without having any trouble. I had sciatica pain since a few month ago & it was really debilitating to a point that I was limping, a friend told me about Wren & Nuerofocu PhysioTherapy so I made an appointment to see him, Wren is very knowledgeable & professional, he massaged my tight muscles at the sciatic nerve area , taught me 5 exercises & watched me to make sure I can do it properly, he did IMS to help my pain as well, after 3 weeks my pain improved by 80%! I strongly recommend Wren to people who is suffering from Sciatic pain & hope more people would be benefit from his service .

I have been to many physio and Chiro clinics for my neck pain but no one understand my condition. I was depress and was not getting better. One of my friend recommended this clinic. I worked with two therapists Mohli & Isabel who helped me to understand my condition and with their treatment now I am pain free. The only issue I found is sometimes hard to book multiple appointments with the therapists due to very busy schedules and hope that the management should open clinic on Sunday. Alifiya Vasi has really helped me through my foot pain. Three weeks ago it used to pain it used to pain when I start walking. After taking taking 3-4 physio treatment, I feel much better and I am pretty sure that I would be 100% OK after taking couple more treatment. Very informative, patient and understanding. I would recommend him for anyone needing physio.

I found Neurofocus rehab as it was close to where I live, so I started there without any idea what they offer nor how good they would be. I made a wonderful choice. My pt Isabel is exemplary and has helped me so much with my post hip replacement recovery. She has modified home strengthening exercises to accommodate my injured knee but has pushed me to excell at them all. I am extremely happy with all Neurofocus services, environment and staff, as they are professional and very friendly. My mom and our family have been dealing with Kastir, Vinci, and Michko and the amazing staff at neurofocus physio for a while now. The staff are very knowledgeable and caring and are always working to make sure she is getting the best treatment and encouraging her to improve every session she at the clinic.
