I GO TO Langley Sports Medicine Clinic for massage, however they have large staff of physiotherapists and a gym for rehab. Support staff are excellent, informative, and in good humor despite the times and the safety protocol they require. They have a lot of therapists so their wait times are short. Definately recommend to anyone.

Words can't describe how wonderful all these staff are here I really love them they was very helpful and loving I had to come from America to see them but we'll worth the trip they was able to help my mom's plantar facetious in 2 treatments

Amazing welcoming clinic! The girl at the front desk monday to friday mornings is VERY efficient,professional and welcoming! I get outstanding treatment every time i am there and the girl at the front end definitely does a fantastic job! Would recommend to anyone!

Shelby did an amazing job. One of the best sessions I've ever had. She was able to figure out exactly what needed to be dealt with and how to address it. I would highly recommend her to others. I've done a lot of physio, massage, chiropractic, and other therapeutic services over the years to address my injuries so I'm very familiar with the services out there and this was top notch.

RMT's are great. Receptionist, on the other hand, snotty. Missed an appointment cause I slept through my alarm, during the PANDEMIC. What do you know, woke up with your classic headache and sore throat. Called to let the clinic know what happened. Snotty receptionist wouldn't even hear it, said the clinic will charge half price. So in the event that you made an appointment first thing, and woke up with one of the covid symptoms, according to their pandemic policy, you should not come it. But according to their financial policy, you should because now you are short $55. Now I wonder how many people have had to lie about their symptoms to save them from getting charged for following their "covid policy. And sure, some will say "well you should've called ahead of time." If I woke up when my alarm went off, I would've. I'm sure I'm not the first person to sleep through their alarm when they're not feeling well. Take note that is my first offense of missed appointment. I had the decency to call and explain the situation. I also just pulled a double shift to help out with the covid testing backlog. I see this clinic is very supportive of healthcare workers. Yes, I'm going to use this card because I did not get a chance to explain the situation to the snotty receptionist AT ALL! Won't be going back. Too bad cause I really like their RMT's. I don't support snotty attitudes. ????????

It's been already many years we are permanent clients in that clinic. Very polite and friendly staff! But the star of that clinic is our physiotherapist - absolutely professional, amazing, wonderful Lisa G. Always helpful she does her job with the smile, ???? and amazing knowledge. Every time she fixed our problem ????and every time I know she will definitely help me. Always recommend her to all people I know and highly recommend this clinic. I have been a client here for the past 3 years and have always had nothing but excellent treatment and service by Jamie and his staff. I have been seeing their physiotherapist and chiropractor (Dr. Mitchell) and have nothing but positive feedback for them all. If you're wondering why I still see them if they're supposed to get me better, that's because I see them every few months for an adjustment as my occupation is not very good on the lower back. As mention, all staff here as fantastic and nothing but supportive, including their front office staff!

Staff is very friendly, and the Covid protocols are followed to a T...I have had physio and dry needling at this clinic and both were fantastic. Sarah and Jeff were very knowledgeable, and made me feel super comfortable. I will continue to use this clinic and highly recommend it. 5 stars from me.

After seeing Herman at the clinic for 2 months I can honestly say my quality of life has increased dramatically. I am in less pain and generally feel much better now that I can exercise properly as per Herman's instructions. Strong is happy!

I have seen a few chiropractors here and there before but Dr. Alissa Banns was awesome. She was so accommodating with me, took the time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable. She also gave me some tips & tricks for home & the gym. The office is very neat & clean with the receptionist being very friendly. Highly recommend to everyone. Jeff was fantastic. Worked with him for 18 months after a bad car accident that hurt my neck. He really did a great job and understood where to start my physio and where to end. My neck is back to the way it was before the accident....the people here don't just put you in a machine. They listen, adjust to needs and work with you. Excellent!
