For the past few months, my three year old has been seeing Femi for trigger thumb. We’ve seen a lot of improvement in her condition, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. Femi is great with kids and he finds creative ways to get my daughter to move her thumb the way she needs to. Three year olds can be difficult, but his patience is outstanding. Now she gets excited whenever I tell her we’re going to see Femi. The receptionist is very friendly as well. I highly recommend Glover Physio!

I can't remember the name of the physiotherapist I had, but he was really friendly, thorough, and helpful. I had a little trouble understanding him, not because he has an accent, but more to do with his soft-spoken and mumbled speech at times. He was great at his job, but it might be helpful to write down the advice and keep things short and to the point. But that wouldn't deter me from going back to this clinic. My advice is meant to be helpful, not critical. They do a great job and I'd recommend to friends and family.

Very clean and professional office. The staff at the desk were helpful and kind. Cameron VanOort was an very knowledgeable hand specialist. My post op recovery was fast and uneventful in large part due to the excellent care and instructions I received from Cameron.

They have really good staff at this location. Femi is very knowledgeable about hand physio. I also think they should be aloud to have a puppy to support the clients. The receptionists are very friendly easy to talk to and discuss matters with. Great team.

I went here after hand surgery, and found it all a very unpleasant, unprofessional experience. From my first appointment, she was 15 minutes late, didn't explain what the process for my therapy and treatment. Over stressed my hand so much, then said it shouldn't hurt (worse than childbirth). Another time she turned to get something for me to do with my hand, and stood with her back to me for over 5 minutes texting someone. Another time I said there waiting for treatment and she ignored me for over 10 minutes. I will never go there again, There was no improvement in my hand after 5 visits and I stopped going, as my benefits ran out and I have had much better luck with Virtual Hand Care on Youtube.

After 20 years of rugby it seems that I have rehabbed just about everything. Recent trips have been for my son (also rugby). I feel like the results are good. Price is probably about average but they often give you more time than you pay for especially in the first couple of sessions.

I have been going to Glover Physio for many years and I keep coming back because of their care and support. I cannot say enough good things about Ari - both my husband and I have been blessed to have been treated by him. His most recent care of me before and following my total knee replacement has been such a gift. His attention to my care, his support with my healing, his encouragement when I get worried, and his kind follow up has been such a comfort and I credit him with how well I have done. I am preparing for a second knee replacement and there isn't any other place that I would go for my physio. Grateful for Glover Physio, Ari, Uli and Kathy!

The experience here was excellent starting at the front desk. The receptionist is very helpful, and do their best to get the appointment dates to match my preferences/availability. The Hand clinic staff is very knowledgeable and will explain what I'm doing and how it helps most of the time and answer my question, also they are straight forward and let me know what to expect and how long/painful my recovery will be without any sugarcoating. I've had two of their hand therapists due to one being on vacation, which was no surprise because I was told in advance, but even with a different therapist everything went as smooth as could be. I would definitively recommend Glover Physio and hand clinic to anyone needing hand therapy.

My hand is totally fixed after just one session and 2 weeks of the exercises and care instructions he gave me. Everyone was really nice and I would definitely recommend this place. My regular physiotherapist at another clinic didn't specialize in hands and made it worse so I recommend a hand specialist.

Glover physio is very conveniently located close to where my dad lives, so I decided to give it a try needing physio after being rear ended. The office assistants are always friendly and cheerful when I go in. Also Glen has been excellent at helping me through this rough time facing pain and limitation. He is always punctual and I always feel better when I leave. I like it here so much I actually recently referred my father here when he was told to get physiotherapist for his hands. He has also noticed an improvement and we are very grateful.

Glover Physiotherapy has been a huge help in the treatment and healing of my finger injury. I had no idea it would take this long to heal and, without the help of my physiotherapist, Joy, I don't know how I would be handling the physical limitations it has caused me . Because her specialty is in hands, she's been able to provide me with two different splints over the course of my time at the clinic that were way, way better than what the doctor gave me. They allowed me to slowly heal, reduce swelling, allow for mobility on a day to day basis and not keep re-injuring the finger. Her recommendations for home therapy in addition to the clinic therapy has given me slow progress and allowed me to feel hopeful that I'll have a full recovery. The clinic environment is awesome! Such friendly physiotherapist and it feels like a family environment at the back with all the other hand injured patients. We're able to talk while we're doing hand exercises to help pass the time. The front end staff is friendly, professional and efficient. There are no barriers to coming to this clinic for physiotherapy. It's a win win in every way!

I have been receiving physiotherapy, from Arie Schuurman, at this clinic for quite a few years now and can highly recommend him. I started after having a bad break of my shoulder that never healed properly and now also get treatment on my other shoulder that developed tendonitis and arthritis. All of the staff, at this clinic, are friendly and extremely helpful.

They are very personable and provide a great treatment experience. I recently had surgery on my other shoulder and have returned to Glover Physio for treatment again. The office staff were friendly and greeted me appropriately. They followed the Covid-19 safety guidelines, and gave me a new surgical facemask although I was wearing another one. There was no waiting for the physiotherapist Mr. Hendricks to serve me. Under his supervision, he had me perform the exercises he wanted me to do. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received at the Glover Physiotherapy Clinic.
