I have been seeing Adrienne for my prenatal care. She is a wealth of knowledge and has been so kind and patient with my 1001 questions during each of my visits. The real time ultrasound to visualize pelvic floor recruitment has been great feedback which I don't know if any other clinics nearby have this device. I am so glad I found her and highly recommend seeing her.

Adrienne is fantastic. I first started working with her in the summer of 2018 after having my first child. She helped me get back on track with my pelvic floor as well as some mobility work due to my desk job. I reached out again when I found out I was pregnant with my second. I've had more mobility issues and as expected more assistance needed with pelvic floor. She is thoughtful, considerate and talks through whatever pain points you're experiencing to dive down and find the root cause of what you're experiencing. The verbal queues and exercises she recommends are easy to follow and I've seen a noticeable difference, especially when it comes to pelvic floor work. She also utilizes an ultrasound so I could actually see how my muscles were and weren't working. Pairing that with the verbal queues made the world of a difference for me. I would 10/10 recommend Adrienne for pre- and post-natal pelvic floor care as well as regular physio needs!
