Most of the time, I remember leaving their office dissatisfied thinking "that's all...?". As in, I could've googled this type of therapy and had a family member help do some exercises and a light massage. I also did ergotherapy, which got me ready to go back to work. Came in with a wrist problem, got a ridiculously vigorous/painfull massage on the whole forearm. My whole forearm is still in pain 3 days later. Physio said the pain was going to last 1 day after treatment. I doubt physio extra knows how to properly treat wrist injuries. Emilios
