I took an appointment eith bonjour santé in the morning, drove 45 minutes to the clinic in Lasalle with my sick baby, got there and the clinic was CLOSED! I did not receive a notice or a call to say that my appointment was canceled. So disappointed and so upset! Avoid this clinic if you can!
Great service received last week. The staff, nurse, doctor were all very professionnal and all my questions and worries left behind. Really appreciated my visit. Plus the clinic is very nice, modern and clean compare to many other clinics in Montreal!!! I encourage people to come here and use the Bonjour-Santé service too. Booked an appointment on Bonjour Sante this morning and was called about an hour later by their nurse. Was very surprised with the quick and friendly service. After speaking with countless Dr's I also got amazing service from Dr. Ramcharitar! She took her time and addressed my questions and helped me with treatment options for my GI issues.

I have a family doctor at the clinic in Lasalle and am quite pleased with her attitude and performance. i have never had a problem with the reception staff and am overall quite satisfied with the performance of all involved. My comment relates more to the apparent 'canned' responses to many other comments. It would appear that those responding aren't actually responding to individuals but rather to categories of comments and choosing a response from a database of responses available to them. Read a few comments and the respnse to them and wou will see the pattern of repetition.
I took an appointment through Bonjour Santé and pay 20 $ to avoid waiting but your going to wait at least 2 hours even you have an appointment.
This is the most disgusting customer service I've ever encountered! If I could put a 0 star rating I would. The receptionists are rude beyond belief and I got my appointment cancelled because she claimed I was late when in reality I was waiting in line for someone to serve me, which caused me to attempt the sign in later than my appointment time. She then advised me that the doctor couldn't see me anymore due to my supposed lateness and put a 30$ charge on my profile for appointment cancellation. I and beyond disgusted by this clinique and will NOT be paying a charge that was not my fault! I will be making a more severe complaint to higher power. It is unacceptable that I now have to wait an other 5 weeks before an appointment due to THEIR lack of customer service. I gave all the information I was supposed to give and they still managed to cancel my appointment and charge me for their lack of attention.

They’re very inconsiderate. They cancelled my newborns appointment 3 times. They finally gave me an appointment for her to see a doctor a month after she was born. They called half an hour before the appointment to cancel it. My wife called them back and they eventually gave her an appointment the same day in the afternoon. I was very happy that my baby was finally going to see a doctor and after I arrived they refused to let her in even though I came from the other end of the city and my baby was crying because she was sick. I tried getting them to let me see a doctor for at least 5 minutes but they refused and told me “to sit and wait until they close at 6”. I ended up leaving and took my baby to the emergency at the children’s hospital. Honestly it was the worst experience ever...
Not professional at all. Services from the receptionists are rude, loud and non professional. One doctor in particular is very incompetent, her name is Mozafarri, she is quite young, she needs to be a little bit human and humble. Of course, Quebec doesn’t have enough doctors but at least trained them, do something. She is playing a game by acting always busy to show her competence but she is way behind from being competent. Hopefully life will teach her a lesson. My advice to her is to keep her feet on the ground, listen to the patients and stop all the BS bla-bla-bla nonsense, thinking she knows all. Obviously, she still have a long way to go!

I had a poor experience. After the nurse forgot about me, I saw a doctor after 4.5 hrs. She was of no help at all. I had to go to another clinic to get proper care. I know there are competent staff at this clinic, but my experience was one of negligence.

The doctor I’ve seen here is amazing and I keep seeing her because I like her but some of the receptionists and the format to get an appointment or if I need any questions answered it is mind boggling horrible. It makes me want to change doctors which is unfortunate.

Hi, I went them for first time last week, service was fast , they called me on time and Dr. Ramcharitar was amazing , unfortunately the receptionist on the doctor family line had a really bad actitud with me and another patients too, you can tell that she doesn’t like her job and she is not available to help nobody.... as a patient you expected best actitud from all the staff and more for the people on the front desk.

I HIGHLY recommend Kim Heejung for physiotherapy. She’s very professional and friendly. She asked me a lot of questions, was very patient with me, answered all my questions, made sure I understood what was going on with my body and gave me detailed steps on what exercises to do at home. I didn’t feel rushed. You can tell she really loves her job. She also does a good job at sanitizing between patients and even throughout my appointment with her.

I love my family doctor here but the receptionists need some serious training in people skills! They ignore you, make you wait without even acknowledging you and are just downright rude. They should really do a better job of greeting the people in the clinic or at the very least make eye contact with them so that we know we are seen!

However, the given MRI request is full of technical errors and is not accepted in 3 different radiology centers. I have to postpone my MRI appointment and my appointment with the surgeon because of staff incompetence. By trying to call back to correct the error, the telephone system is obsolete and it is impossible to speak to anyone. So I went to the clinic on Henri-Bourassa, where I was greeted like an unwanted person. I was treated to at least as bad and rude customer service. At least I can see that the company has the same (very bad) standard in its clinics. I would say avoid this business at all costs. Par contre, la requête IRM donnée est remplie d'erreurs techniques et n'est pas acceptée dans 3 centres de radiologie différents. Je dois repousser mon rendez-vous IRM et mon rendez-vous avec le chirurgien à cause de l'incompétence du personnel. En tentant de rappeler pour faire corriger l'erreur, le système téléphonique est désuet et il est impossible de parler à qui que ce soit. Je me suis donc déplacé à la clinique sur Henri-Bourassa, où l'on m'a accueilli comme un indésirable. J'ai eu droit à un service à la clientèle au moins aussi mauvais et impoli. Au moins, je constate que l'entreprise a le même standard (très mauvais) dans ses cliniques. Je dirais d'éviter cette entreprise à tout prix. Cela m'a causé beaucoup de problème et de trouble, simplement à cause de l'incompétence du personnel et de la mauvaise gestion du service à la clientèle.

Very quick service and Friendly staff, went in for an emergency visit and seen the doctor in less than an hour, that almost never happen somewhere else! Also the clinic is very clean and open
