Clean facility and friendly staff. I got a severe lower back pain and I showed up at the clinic with my family doctor prescription, and I got an appointment for the following day. I waited 15 minutes after my appointment hour. I met the physiotherapist VU, who kindly provided me an excellent therapy. He explained me exactly and clearly what causes my pain and how to overcome it. The same day at the end of my first appointment, my pain significantly reduced. He provided me some stretching routine to do daily at home and work place. One week after my first appointment, I again met VU who performed some check-up, confirming that I was fully recovered. We then worked on prevention, meaning what to do in my everyday life to prevent such health issues. VU is a knowledgeable physiotherapist, he is very nice and I recommend him to whoever is searching for an effective solution to get rid of pain through physiotherapy. I had several consultation with Kanitha in osteopathy at first for neck tension and stiffness, for which a chiropractor provided only temporary relief. She is very thorough and does a systemic diagnostic and we discovered my neck tension was related to a minor problem in a other part of my body. Afterwards, I became pregnant and had severe nausea and was constantly exhausted during my first trimester. She did a "hormonal therapy" which consist of a light manipulation of precise body parts and I really felt a difference in my energy level and I felt much less nauseous afterwards. I am still seeing her for follow-ups due to round ligaments pains and sciatic pain due to pregnancy and she is able to provide relief everytime. Not to mention that she is super sweet and attentive!!

This my second time that I visit physiotherapist Vu Le. Every time, only one session is required to solve the problem. Very satisfy with the diagnose and the explanation. Very professional. Problem is solved with proper and simple exercise. My first visit, two years ago, was the sciatic nerve which rendered my whole right leg with numbs and pains for two weeks. I am glad that surgery is no longer an option. This time, it is the torticollis which causes great pain to move my head due the stiffness of my neck for one week. In additional, Physio Go building is near metro station Monk which requires 2 minutes walk. If you have a car, there is a free parking on the street for 1 hour.
