This was my first time needing physiotherapy, which I had for a torn ligament in my knee. Kanwar was professional and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and patient with my questions and guided me to a successful recovery. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs physiotherapy. It was a very positive experience. Thank you for giving me back my mobility so I can keep up with my grandchildren!

I have nothing but great things to say about Kanwar and Phoenix Physio! Kanwar takes his time in explaining everything in detail and his knowledge is second to none. This is a very friendly and professional place. The physiotherapy and massage services I’ve gotten here have been integral in my recovery from back surgery and sciatica. In less than six months after surgery I had my full range of motion back and in less than a year I am now nearly pain free! I’ve been to several physiotherapists in the past and they always seem to want to hook you up to a machine and walk away - not here though. I get 1 on 1 treatment using proven techniques. 5/5 would recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Phoenix Physiotherapy! I had a rotator cuff injury and was unable to use my arm, and Kanwarjot was able to bring me back to near full function in a matter of a few appointments, but while this is amazing, this is not the reason I am leaving a review. It is often the small things that make the difference; as he was working on my shoulder I was wearing a tank top and the strap was in the way, and he asked permission to move it slightly. It is that level of respect and maintaining my dignity that, while is such a small thing for him to have done, made a huge difference to me and it is not something I am used to experiencing in healthcare. I would recommend Phoenix Physiotherapy and Kanwarjot to anyone looking for a kind, personable respectful and highly effective therapist.
