Went here for physio and recieved attention along with 12 other people in the room.. This is something which you need help with one on one. You guys are cutting corners and trying to make a quick buck. Scheduling 3 people's appointment to overlap with the same staff member. Shame on you Had 2 appointments then took my business else where

Good surgeon, horrrrrrrrrrible reception staff... They don't have substantial parking, you are forced to park down the block and walk which is just great for people who just had suegery... The receptionist said she didnt care that the lot was full, that wasnt her problem or fault...?? I was late (5min) because the lot was full and had to park at Woodside and walk.. I recently had surgery and they still wouldnt acomodate or compromise. Gee just let me take more time off work and burn some more gas to come try it all again :/ would have rated them 0 but the Surgeon was good.

After my husbands accident in June he came out with a broken ankle. Jamie Wong (Physiotherapist) was incredible!!!! He took the time to see his movement and where needed improvement. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and considerate of our needs. After 2 weeks we dropped down to once a week and my husband kept improving! We just had his last session and gave us what we needed to continue his care at home. I am very grateful for Jamie and the staff at MSK for helping my husband through his healing process! I would recommended Jamie to anyone!

Having an orthopedic "all in one" centre is fantastic. My surgeon (Dr. Hupel) and the physiotherapists (and all the support staff) have great bedside manner. Physio is very supportive and creates an individual plan for you. Highly recommend.

Dr Frey is the real deal for Orthotics. His knowledge and Personality are above any other expert. His number one priority is restoring function and quality of life; at least that's what I'd say. The orthotics aren't made on site so the process depends on how fast the dr. Ships them out and how long the manufacturer lags

Dr Stevens you are the best! Although I will not be able to do the things I did before, and unable to do physio and am at max recovery for reconstructive work done on my foot, he did a fantastic job putting everything back in place and making sure it stays that way. If I needed anything filled out or help with anything, he (and the reception staff) were great at completing all. I hope you never have to use their surgical services, but if you do, it's well worth the wait

What I really don't like is the fact that when I came to the MSK Centre, I headed to the physiotherapy (PT) department in hopes that I would find a solution to my pain. I came in for an assessment and what bothered me was how the PT (physiotherapist) that I was "working with" immediately found what was "wrong" with me. After a number of sessions with questionable practices and methods and over the course of two months, I was still ridden with pain. The PT then dropped the bomb and told me that we were working on a different area and not the area that we were supposed to. What is that?! The manner in which this establishment went about helping me was disgusting. You have this whole array of specialists, this whole "team", and not at any point in time did anyone suggest taking a look at me or my problem, looking at my problem in a different perspective, no one else took a look at me or suggested any other method of treatment. I was subject to one viewpoint and one viewpoint only, one that led to a waste of time and resources. This conglomeration of specialists is a waste and serves only to give people a false sense of the MSK Centre's ability.

I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone...the secretaries have been rude to me and my partner over the phone, and are failing to complete the paperwork requested by my legal representative. Seems like right after they got paid almost $3000 quality of service dropped dramatically. Heaven forbid you forget your electrodes you will not receive electrotherapy that you've paid for, not to mention its not very hygienic to re use the electrodes in my opinion

I like that they call you a day before your appointment with a friendly reminder! But i have been trying to call the office now for a half an hour to ask a question before my appointment and no one has answered... it says they open at 8:00am Mon-Fri but I’ve been calling since 8:45am and still no one picks up, it goes to voicemail every time.

Seen Dr. Nick Bayley. He talks up the talk talk but when it came to it he screwed up my knee royally. I have to get another surgeon to fix it. he supposedly make some fundamental mistakes. Avoid at any cost.

Dr. Stevens is the doctor that all others should strive to become. He is as professional as he is personable. The man treats you as a friend, not a case. He has succeeded, in my care, where others have failed. Anyone who has anything bad to say about Dr. Stevens, is probably trying to make themselves look better, and I pity them because that is a tall order. You can instantly tell he has a genuine desire to help people, no matter what. Not only should he inspire others to be better Dr's, but also better people.

Having been diagnosed with Disc Degeneration Disease in October 2020; my doctor recommended physiotherapy to help manage the pain. After careful consideration of other facilities, I chose MSK. I was paired with Jamie Wong as the physiotherapist. From the very beginning, Jamie has proven to be very patient and incredibly compassionate. He never tires of my endless questions, answering them in detail that I can fully comprehend and implement in my daily life. The support staff are kind, caring individuals who take the time to spend with you. For anyone needing physiotherapy, chose this clinic! Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure your health and healing process is met with professionalism and compassion. Thank you to all of the staff.

I just wanted to take the time to write this brief note to express my thanks and appreciation to KYLE FERRIGAN ( my Physiotherapist) for his hard work, care and determination in getting me back on track. This place is a great place to do Physiotherapy. I have only had good experience here. Friendly staff makes for a friendly experience. I have been struggling with shoulder pain for almost 6 months and I am finally on track for a full recovery.My therapist was incredibly approachable, which definitely made me feel more positive and relaxed about my recovery. My Physiotherapist ( KYLE) was a real hero. His treatment plan was extremely systematic. He truly cares about each of his client, and is dedicated to each one’s recovery. My physiotherapist and all the staff provide a very personal service and seem to ensure that the atmosphere is calming, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend MSK and Kyle to anybody I know who needs a Physiotherapy. Once again thanks to MSK and KYLE ( therapist).

No photos cause of privacy. So i broke my knee on my trip. And i got referred to this place. And well all i have to say is. They were highly trained and professional. They helped me thru a nightmare that i hope i never have to relive. And i hope none of you have to use their services. However if you have a unfortunate accident like me, these folks will help you get back into a normal fitting life. And it is well worth you taking the effort to uses their services in that event.

Dr. Bayley fixed my on going knee issue I had since high school football. Im 36 and recently issue got worse and was other doctors couldnt delineate the actual cause from the medical imaging. MSK was recommended to me by a doctor accessing me for a leg injury. First situation was parking. Nearly impossible to find. We had to wait for someone to leave to get a spot. Thankfully we were early as there was paperwork to fill out. My appointment time came and a lady who was upset and loud due to the fact that her therapist was called away was put in to my spot. After having to leave work and being treated badly I made the decision to leave. No I will not be back!
