During the time of pandemic when going to a physiotherapist was not a possibility, I was suffering from constant pain.I contacted Smriti online and she patiently listened to all my concerns, explained the exercises & displayed them in a sequence. This zoom session was very helpful and my mobility increased considerably. Follow-up online sessions were also very good and she guided me when the exercises had to be changed ( stretching/ isometrics/ strengthening). I strongly recommend her!

She took the time to hear my story and understand exactly what is going on. Smriti was able to exactly diagnose what the root problem is and while also giving me a very thorough explanation. Every time Smriti is working a certain muscle or joint, she carefully explains the importance and logic behind them.
