I've been going to A.I.M for 4 years now and I can honestly say that each of the staff members is incredibly caring, and the treatment I've received has corrected issues I've been managing with since I was young. I've seen a range of physicians (chrio, physio, orthotics, massage, etc.,) and each has taken the time to listen to my needs and provide clear direction on the best pathway to recovery, explanations included. In my case, the doctors understood my symptoms and identified the root cause behind the pain so we could correct the source, rather than a "band-aid" fix that needs to be re-applied monthly. Progress is fast because you can coordinate multiple treatments in the same visit; for example, doing physio and then chiro. Lastly, the administration staff go above expectations to make insurance claims simple, which is a big deal for me.

I had been having shoulder pain and tightness for years and decided to use AIM after having gotten a strong referral from a friend. I've used a variety of therapies in the past: acupuncture, massage, osteo but none with lasting benefits. Upon my first visit, I was informed that my issue had been misdiagnosed all this time. It turns out I had a pec minor issue which I was given a targeted therapy program for. In less than 2 months of treatment, my shoulder pain has not recurred. I highly recommend this very professional and thorough team.

Physiomed Kitchener is probably the best if not the best physiotherapy clinic that I have ever been to. The staff is fantastic, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to fully understand and properly assess your issues and then come up with a game plan on how best to get you back to 100% recovery. Previous clinics had no idea what my problem was and never correctly assessed the depth of a previous sports injury I suffered a few years back. I saw many doctors and went to multiple clinics and every one had a different diagnosis and varying treatments. Unfortunately, none of them were able to provide an accurate diagnosis and therefore the treatments were unsuccessful. Recently, I met Aman and the staff at Phyisomed, they were able to accurately assess and diagnose my injury and provide me with best treatment! I highly recommend Phyisomed to anyone, especially those who have been to other clinics only to come out feeling confused and unsuccessfully treated. The staff at Physiomed makes everything clear and simple. Thanks again guys!

This is the best Physiotherapy clinic I have ever received service from. My 7 year old son woke up one morning unable to move his neck and was in a lot of pain. The physiotherapist Aman did an assessment virtually and was able to diagnose the problem immediately and provided detailed exercises and stretches to help with the problem. Within a day, my son felt MUCH better and the pain was almost completely gone. I highly recommend Aman. He is super knowledgeable and very professional.

I have been going to Aman for almost 2 years, for several different injuries and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recommend him to everyone I know. He is so knowledgable and VERY helpful. Him and the other guys treat you like family, makes you feel much more comfortable in an already uncomfortable situation (being injured). Its conveniently located inside of LA fitness so you get to use the gym equipment. They also do direct billing for most insurance companies, so it makes life a lot easier. I HIGHLY recommend Physiomed. You won't regret it!

Amand and his team are very knowledgable, personable and down to earth. Each day I came in, I was assessed and the staff were able to take into consideration any small changes that occurred that week and design a rehab program that worked with what was going on in my life. If I had questions about why a certain method was being used over another it was explained expertly and included what the goal was with specific examples and in a way anyone could understand. Would definitely recommend, these guys know thier stuff!

My experience here for physiotherapy has been great! I was receiving treatment here just before our second wave of Covid. The staff is very friendly, informative, professional and reliable. I was also seeing the chiropractor who is great just like the rest of the staff. Dr. Aman takes his time to explain everything which is something I greatly appreciate. It’s important for me to understand what’s going on and how each treatment helps. Looking forward to resuming my treatment once things get better with Covid. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

You are in the best of care at this location, I've been coming here for over a month now and it's been great, it's never a good reason to come to physiotherapy, however the team here truly cares about helping you get better. From the first day of intake and through the treatments you're treated as a 5 star VIP and are offered light refreshments such as coffee. In terms of customer service you won't experience better treatment anywhere else compared to here. They are dedicated and determined to give you the best recovery possible and work with you through every step of the way, the team has countless years of experience and are constantly keeping themselves upto date on the best physiotherapy methods.
