Dr. Prashant is great to work with. He helped me after a car accident injury and I am almost back to 100%. He is very calm and professional. The receptionist, Pam is also wonderful! Incredibly dirty. It is clear they do not vacuum the floors every day, in winter it should be done more often than it is. They also did not properly clean the beds or counters in the room. They were very disorganized for the 3 appointments I attended, booking me an unnecesarry visit with a chiro when I needed physio. They pushed a lawyer on me and were making recommendations before even knowing what happened. I was not impressed and went elsewhere.

I have been experiencing problems with respects to tennis elbow in my right arm. My mobility is limited and the pain at times in unbearable. Since I have been attending the Kitchener Activa Clinic for physiotherapy I have noticed a greater improvement in the mobility of my right arm. After my 1st car crash my back and my neck were different form is original place so we went to Activa Clinics and whenever we go there this worker (Kim form Kitchener ) would watch and entertain my little brother and my little sister while me and my mom get help form the doctor (Dr.Shelly form Kitchener) and without Activa Clinics I would't be as active or as better after the crash. A very dirty and cluttered place. I contemplated leaving after only a few minutes there. Looks very unprofessional. I understand it’s a small business and students go there for cheap massage, but please work on the cleanliness and overall look inside of the place. Not coming back even though the prices are good.

Im currently going to Activa clinics twice a week to treat my severely sprained ankle. So far, I think its great. My doctor is amazing and makes me feel comfortable, he seems very knowledgable. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, free wifi is also a plus! The only thing I can say is that sometimes they are too busy and my appointment feels a little rushed.

The physiotherapist here is really great. I've tried several other treatments for my rotator cuff tear for over a year but this is the only thing that has worked. I have been going for over a month now and have much improvement in my arm and shoulder mobility and the pain is almost completely gone. He is so helpful when it comes to finding exercises I can do at home and ways that I can heal properly. I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage, or orthotics. They even offer weight loss, smoking cessation and overall health and nutrition to make you feel great! This is one of the best clinics that I have ever gone too!

The receptionist at this clinic gave me inaccurate information regarding wsib and forced me to pay upfront for the physio services. The cost was well above what wsib is charged for the same service. I was out of pocket almost 200.00 They refused to reimburse me the payment and only did so after wsib contacted them as this is not the process that all other physio clinics operate under when a client is clearly under wsib.

I first dealt with Activa's Kitchener clinic when they were located on King St east about 4 years ago. Their service has always been friendly, professional and prompt. The most i have ever had to wait when arrivng at my appointment time is 15 mnutes or less. ( Barring unforseen circumstances ) At their new location on Highland road, the experience / interaction with the staff is ever better than before !! The offices are always neat and clean. The staff goes "the extra mile" to make sure you receive the best care possible. I have been assessed at several other clinics by insurance company and NONE of them can begin to compare to Activa ! Keep up the great work !!!

I didn’t have much faith in physiotherapy until my son recommended the physiotherapist at ActivaClinics. When I first started treatment, the pain at the top of my ribs was so bad that you could barely touch it. Prashant Sharma listened carefully and then recommended ultrasound treatments. Within a few weeks my pain level was much better. I highly recommend Prashant. He is a kind and caring man who is concerned with your well being.

I agree with CQ Piett, completely. In my opinion, a sub-standard provider. Secondary staff may not be top of the line, but are pleasant. Push chiropractics, rather than physio. Physio is not their forte and it shows. Glad I went to a five star physio clinic in Cambridge right after my MVA. My insurance lawyer changed me to here and I'm wondering if there is a connection. Provider seems quite disinterested with my case and that's not good. Progress is diminishing and I'm just too tired to fight any more. 3 stars at best. Nov. 26,21 Customer service from HO was top of the line. Well done. Awaiting next steps. Looking forward to a closing post after corrective action is taken.????

Activa clinic have helped me with some pain management and they are pros in dealing with MVA's.
