Great staff. The PT's are up on current theory and treatments. They will help you to long term recovery. Not just trying to milk you for more appointments.

Scott's physio technique is excellent. I came in barely walking and within 6 months was running up and down stairs like a 20 year old. Fantastic results! Absolutely thrilled and grateful for the care I got.

Three months ago, I realized I had a Baker's cyst in behind my left knee. One thing lead to another and the next thing I knew, both knees were in a lot of pain and swollen and I was unable to function normally - or at all - on most days. I finally had x-rays done. I've got mild osteoarthritis in both knees and minimal joint space narrowing and a few other minor things, which lead to major issues and severe pain. I started physiotherapy with Progress Physio ONE week ago today. I was basically crippled for three months. And in one week, with simple exercises and only a few appointments with Nicole, today was the first day I woke up walking almost normally and without a ton of pain. ONE WEEK! I have kept up with the daily exercises, faithfully. The pain is still there and has somewhat minimized but I expect that I will have pain until I can get a handle on this. I am training my muscles after a lifetime of basically ignoring them. I am lucky to have never had weight problems but it was silly of me to think I could go without worrying about exercising regularly, or at all. My big joke was that I was in the Fitness Protection Program and allergic to exercise because it made me break out in muscles. It was funny at the time... The trick is to not expect that things will just magically be cured overnight. You have to work through the pain and then it doesn't take long until you start to see the results. I understand why people get discouraged. But I promise, it's worth it. For nearly 53 years I haven't done a whole lot of exercise and that has gotten me to this point. Why on earth would I expect things to change instantly? However, it is nice to know that I am already seeing results. So far besides the exercises, for the first time in my life, I've had acupuncture twice now through Progress. And today, some electrical knee stimulation. I highly recommend Progress and, of course, I especially recommend Nicole. She is a ray of sunshine, friendly, no nonsense, and very positive. I can't say enough about how happy I am to be feeling better - and WITHOUT drugs/pain meds. I rarely ever take meds but I was starting to take one or two daily and it just wasn't cutting it. Work through the pain - that's the ticket! Progress will help you with a basic exercise plan that even someone like me can handle :) I am so grateful to Nicole and Progress Physio.

I am an active senior and have been plagued with low back issues for over 20 years. My usual plan was to react to the pain and go for treatment until I felt better and then not again until I experienced another issue with my back -- which was inevitable. I moved to Bath, Ontario, two years ago. With all the lifting and moving, I suffered acute onset of pain. I was referred to Nicole Hofmann at Progress Physio and through her recommendations, professional treatment and ongoing support, I have had far less incidents of back pain and when I do, I am feeling better within a week instead of previous bouts lasting up to six weeks. I now go for regular maintenance appointments every two months and it's working like a charm. Thanks, Nicole, for making my active life more manageable.

For the last 3 - 4 years, whenever I've had an issue, I've called Progress Physio. While running a Martial Arts School, I understandably had quite a few issues that required attention. Each time I've been to Progress Physio, I've been greeted by professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff who have quickly assessed my injuries and begun effective treatment. I highly recommend Progress Physiotherapy for Athletes, anyone injured and anyone who just wants to regain movement. They have a customer for life in me.

I began seeing Nicole when I was first diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis. My experience has been entirely positive. Her knowledge and skill were instrumental in ensuring I was physically prepared when surgery was later required. In my post surgery appointments with her she ensured that my recovery was progressing well. Her friendly demeanor created a comfortable treatment environment. Everyone I dealt with at Progress Physiotherapy was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this business.

I stumbled upon Progress accidentally while doing a placement for school nearby; and honestly I could not be more grateful for this accidental find. Nicole was wonderful; she really takes her time to get to know you as an individual and caters directly to what is going on for you specific injury. On top of her individualized care for her patients she is absolutely the sweetest and has such wonderful personality which makes you feel immediately at ease. The rest of the staff are lovely and as a whole it is a clean and nurturing environment that definitely promotes recovery. I would 110% recommend Nicole and the rest of the team to anyone needing physio for an injury or recovery post operative!

I was referred to Progress Physio by my family doctor (who is in the same conveniently located building) for a running-related soft tissue injury. I was seen by Physiotherapist Victoria MacGillivray for approximately 10 sessions. This treatment, combined with at-home exercises, produced almost immediate results. I highly recommend Victoria to anyone requiring physiotherapy/acupuncture services. I think she is a physio genius!

I just wanted to say that as an avid soccer player I have had my share of injuries and Scott and his team are always able to get me back onto the pitch! This summer has been especially hard with a hamstring tear and Scott has been able to put a program of exercise and physio together to help me achieve my goal of returning to soccer later this year. With his expertise in diagnosing, treating and motivating, I am 100 percent sure of my recovery. Thanks Scott
