Although I loved my Physiotherapist, every single time I attended for my appointments there were unmasked staff in the building. (At times, right up front where public are served!) Despite my repeated requests for masks to remain in place during my visits, this trend has continued. As a high risk household, I am no longer able to return to this unsafe environment. I'm sad to say this because my preference would be to continue treatment with this practitioner... but I can't risk staff walking in unmasked and spraying droplets all over the waiting area (as they did this morning) or any further resulting panic attacks.

Tim did a great job helping me walk after a car accident so i went back to see him when I started having issues again. He helped me walk again. Had to spend time caring for my parents out of the city and wanted to continue therapy over the phone. He is right there to help me and suggestions for my mom too. Want the best? Absolutely outstanding! I had a tendon issue that multiple therapists at another practice were unable to fix over the course of months. Two visits to Sport & Spine (with acupuncture and shockwave) and the issue has never returned. Strained a supraspinatus during training and a single visit had me back in the gym! When somebody in Winnipeg asks me who to see about a musculoskeletal concern, I automatically tell them to visit Sport & Spine.

We sought out Tim’s care after my daughter was diagnosed with Osgood Schlatter’s disease. My daughter complained about sore ankles and knees. Her family doctor suggested she immediately stop all activities and rest. I wasn't too pleased with that. I have seen Tim in the past and he's always been amazing with my treatment so I booked an appointment for my daughter. Upon Tim’s assessment of my daughter's diagnosis he kindly explained the biomechanics of the foot and how it affects the ankle, knee and hip. He assessed her foot and noticed that her toes were on the road to becoming mis-aligned and suggest she use the Foot Fix toe spreaders along with some other exercises to correct and build proper habits. My daughter wore her toe spreaders religiously and kept commenting how extremely comfortable they were while she played basketball and went to dance. She even wore them to bed some evenings! They are extremely easy to clean and store because they come in thoughtfully designed packaging. It’s been about 2 months since she’s had her to spreaders and pain/swelling has decreased immensely and she’s back to being pain-free and enjoying her activities. Thank you Tim for your trust and gentle care and attention to my daughter’s physical health. He really does put his patients first!

I was referred to Sport and Spine and it's been a game changer for me. From the moment you walk in the door the staff are just great. They are friendly, professional and always so helpful which I really appreciate especially, days I've definitely not been at my best. I was impressed by the way my problem was analyzed and the resulting treatment plan and how its reassessed and most important to me, they take the time to explain why they chose it and how its adapted for me. I was never a fan of Offices that were not individual rooms but everyone there has made it such a great experience. Its made all the difference. I tell everyone who asks for a Physiotherapist to go there or (Seven Oaks Physio) so I figure I should leave it here as well!

Tim Nanassy is absolutely amazing, was dealing with a shoulder injury for well over a year, tried 3 different physios before I was advised to go see Tim, after the very first visit he was able to pin point the problem and come up with a plan to fix it, after that only took 3-4 more visits for me to be basically pain free again. Best physio place hands down from the moment you walk in & the nice girls at the front helping you. To finally being in a room, everyone truly cares about you and wants to give you the best treatment. Tim always gets down to the root of the issues and works with you to fix it, he has helped correct some issues I had from improper workouts from over a few years. Im finally feeling great and its almost sad that I dont get to go to such an amazing place every few weeks! Theres no one else I trust but sport & spine to get me back to where I need to be! :)

Walked in to a beautiful clean modern clinic. Beyond impressive. Gym was superb. Very rare for a clinic in this city. Staff was great and my physio Tim was extremely knowledgeable and helped me immensely. Personable and caring, he found the source of my problem rather then treating my symptoms. Didn’t try on machines to help me but education and exercises was his focus. Would recommend 100000%

I have been coming to see Tim for almost 3 years now. After seeing many other physios, I was ready to give up. I used to suffer from 2 herniated discs in my L4 and L5 and constant sciatic pain. However with Tims treatment and guidance I have changed my body and life. In addition this place has the friendliest staff and is probably the cleanest facility I have ever seen. Tim doesn’t just treat you like a patient, he makes every one that walks thru his door feel like family. Throughout this pandemic Tim and all of his staff have gone above and beyond to follow every single protocol that has been thrown their way all while maintaining top notch care. I’m sure this hasn’t been easy but yet they all do it. Thank you for everything Tim and all the staff at sport and spine Henderson! Keep it up!
