I have been injured many times over the years while playing hockey and subsequently have visited many physiotherapists. Ive never been so impressed by the ready knowledge and thorough care a physiotherapist has taken. In the past I was in and out of other clinics within an hour which included a short assessment, stretches, heat, and a list what to do at home. I spent three hours at impact for my first visit and had the most diligently carried out session I've ever been to. The physiotherapist spent as much time as she needed to be satisfied she had correctly diagnosed the problem which in my case is a different diagnoses than I've been receiving for the past thirteen years. The skill level I experienced compared to some of those in the past was like watching a master artist beside a child with finger paints. I have genuine hope of being free of back pain for the first time in over thirteen years. The facility is brand new and top of the line. I recommend this to any who need any help in becoming physically well.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I waited for so long in the office and I had an appointment booked too. The receptionist said the physiotherapist was "finishing up with her last client". Which was a lie!!!! I ended up sitting there for over 30 minutes. The physiotherapist didn't even come up to me to say, "sorry, I'm running late". She came up to me only when I walked up to the receptionist to say I didn't want to stay. The physiotherapist didn't even say anything to me!!! Extremely rude place, I will not recommend this place to anyone due to their terrible customer service.

I recently saw Laurie via a ZOOM online consultation. I had been experiencing hip pain for weeks and was starting to feel a bit desperate. Having had excellent results at Impact in the past I decided that getting Laurie's virtual input was worth a shot. It only took a few minutes to sort out little technical glitches. The session itself wasn't much different from seeing her in person. Her caring and healing vibe came through cyberspace! She was able to assess the problem and assign appropriate exercises and stretches. I followed through on her suggestions and within 2 weeks was painfree! What a relief!
