Tracey was so sweet and relatable and made me feel so comfortable during my first physio experience!! Thank you Tracey!! The person working reception was also super impressive to watch as I waited for my appointment, they were honestly so “on it”, and friendly, it was unbelievable. Love the orange paint, great shade. I booked at this location because I was looking for a female therapist and noted Tracey’s background and experience, also in Glenmore it’s free parking in their lot (vs downtown).

I have had the pleasure of working with both Jay and Rob over the last 12 years ! Good service, well run business by people that know what they are doing both physio and the front office staff.. You can't go wrong to use them, If your undecided on which service I would highly recommend Sun City. I have met lots of other people who have used them and all had good things to say. I go to the one in Glenmore. I had vertigo recently, my first experience with it. Rob came into work on his day off to help me, I was in bad shape, it meant alot that he cares that much about people in need. Many thanks. A bit of a side note they have fantastic photos of Kelowna in the early 1900's on the walls in each of the rooms.

Went here for a massage and not only was the massage amazing, but the girl was incredibly informative and helpful. She sent me home with exercises and stretches to continue to help me. I am looking forward to my next appointment and I am also going to look into physiotherapy here as the massage therapist said that it would provide additional help.

I've gone through what's been an intense knee injury . Ive had two surgery's, and after the first surgery I did tons of physio else where, and my knee didn't improve. I had my second this past Dec, and I've been seeing Gabrielle, she's amazing!! Could not be more impressed!! Been three times, and already seeing an improvement.

Chris is a truly exceptional kinesiologist. My first session, I was struck by his meticulous attention to detail and easy to understand explanations. In the next session, he introduced me to the exercise program that was specifically designed to meet my needs and goals (recovery from being hit by a car as a pedestrian). In subsequent sessions he has modified and progressed my exercises —always ensuring that I know how to do them properly, and challenging me at an appropriate level to ensure that I continue improving, getting stronger, more balanced, and lessening my pain. He will meet you at wherever you are in your fitness or recovery journey, and guide you to help get you where you need to go. I highly recommend going to see him.

I really liked his comprehensive approach in taking time to assess the root of my problems, using both manual manipulation and IMS, and introducing relevant exercises.
