My appointment was with Robina Palmer who took the time to understand the issues that I have been having. She was very thorough and did not rush into any treatment immediately. Cannot recommend Kevin Bos highly enough! I've booked with him previously for some back pain and the treatment he provided along with recommendations for changes I could make completely fixed the problem. I'm back now with a bad ankle sprain and within the first treatment he has already helped me get back on my feet (still a ways to go but progress is always good). Kevin does a great job of meeting you where you are with your injury while pulling you forward into recovery.

Great experience today. I've been dealing with recovery from knee surgery for nine months now. Needless to say, there have been complications. Douglas was very informative and seemed genuinely excited to get me back to all the activities I'm use to and walking without a limp. Robina is terrific. I have suffered from vertigo for a number of years and have had treatments from other practitioners. These treatments were somewhat successful but not nearly as successful as Robina's treatments. Also, she is extremely knowledgable, calm, concerned and reassuring. Vince Cunanan, at the downtown location, is an amazing physiotherapist! I have gone to see him for whip-lash and he really takes his time understanding the injury as well as treating it. In the past I have had physiotherapists look at injuries and quickly assign exercises, where as Vince gave me exercises but also spent a lot of time working on my neck and using various massage techniques to help release my neck muscles. He is great physiotherapist who takes time with his patients.

Front desk - very professional and welcoming. I came in on crutches and confirmed my appointment with the young lady at the front desk. She said Brandon would be available shortly and invited me to sit down in the waiting area. After seeing me stand in the waiting area she took it upon herself to ask if I would be more comfortable laying down. I said I cannot sit but standing is okay and lying down is better. She made sure a cubicle was free and took me over which gave me the option to lay down. Outstanding awareness on her part and greatly appreciated! Brandon came in and was very attentive, patient and thorough. I felt I was in good hands and appreciated that he outlined the process/flow that we would go through. This was an initial visit/assessment so there was not a lot of time for treatment but the time spent was well invested. I especially appreciated Brandon’s calm approach and effective communication. He explained what his thoughts were, the reasoning behind those thoughts, what action would be needed now and what action would be needed later. Great job!
