I arrived at the office today with back pain that was bringing me to tears. Danelle was thorough in her assessment and thoughtful in her approach. She provided me with information what was happening with my body and how I can support my healing. She provided so much physical relief; I'm astounded by the difference that she made. This, in turn has provided huge emotional relief as well. My whole-hearted gratitude to Danelle and the whole office (especially during this challenging time) for the service and support. 1000% recommend to others.

They do not provide exercises nor show you how to do any. They just hook you up to a Machine and move on so they can get as many patients through as possible..

I've had no complaints with this office; neither the staff nor the treatments. However, customers should be aware that there is at least one Osteopathist on staff for whom Blue Cross will not reimburse - there is no coverage for his services. I am very disappointed to discover this after the fact

This is one of the best physical therapy places that Kelowna has to offer. The office staff is very friendly and I always feel welcome when I arrive. All of the physio's are extremely great at what they do and they go out of their way to get to know you and cater to individual needs instead of using a blanket approach like other facilities. I will definitely recommend friends and family to go here.

I have been coming to this clinic for over a year. The therapist I've been seeing has been helpful and the staff are friendly to your face, however over the phone is where they really need to adjust their attidudes. The secretaries are very rude. This is one clinic where if you accidentally miss an appointment no matter how rare, you will be billed $40 no questions asked. They won't care why you missed it, and they will treat you like your a problem instead of why they have a paycheque.

I have been going for treatment by Ian Rudling for about the last 3 1/2 years and I honestly can't say enough good things about him. When I initially saw him I was unable to stay upright for more than 30 minutes due to pain in back from an injury. I had been going to a RMT, Chiropractor, Accunpuncturist and Physio but had no relief. After one treatment with Ian I had improvement and now the pain is completely gone. On top of his incredible training in England as an Osteopath, he is continually taking variety of different courses that enable him to treat successfully in a variety of ways. He is a very kind and considerate person and also very determined to help a patient even if that means referring them to someone else. I strongly recommend Ian Rudling!!!
