It took a while before I found Neumovement, but was I ever glad I did. Thomas and Alana have helped me through some of the many post stroke limitations I've been trying to work through. A great team that motivate and push me, exactly what I was looking for.

Love the Pandosy space! Instructors are top notch. Classes are always new and challenging. It’s a fantastic environment at any of the locations. Neu is the best!!

Very professional staff. Physiotherapy and Pilates combination is stellar for treating balance , coordination and strength. One on one consultations and group classes are excellent. A very caring, professional community and beautiful, relaxing studios. Would highly recommend professional consultations or classes.
