I have a work related injury and had surgery 6 weeks ago on my wrist. I also have an elbow injury that was very painful and prevented me from working and doing day to day tasks. After 3 weeks working with a kinesiologist and physiotherapist my strength has doubled and my pain is almost gone. I still have a couple weeks to go but I'm extremely happy with my progress thus far!

I have only been to 2 massage therapy appointments so far. I am impressed by the professionality of the massage therapist, and how respectful he/she treats patients. I had severe shoulder and neck pain from stress, and was having many headaches. After one appointment, my neck and shoulder pain was almost all gone and barely came back. I went to my second appointment and feel even better than before. I feel like my posture has improved as well. I would highly reccomend going to Lifemark.

I was referred here by work safe for head injury treatment for a concussion. Unsure of what to expect but eager to get my head feeling better I spent some time in their treatment plan and with the assistance of their team of specialist I was able to get feeling a lot better and get back my abilities to tackle life with some version of normal. Having a head injury you look fine but feel far from it and feel like no one gets you. These specialists do and they take time to help you understand what is happening and for me between that and the others in treatment I am able to get back to work and life with confidence

Jessie has a very calming and supportive presence and it took only a matter of minutes for me to become comfortable. The reception staff at this establishment is very friendly and professional. Their appointment reminder system is helpful and, unlike some other medical establishments in this city, does not disrespect the customer. I saw OC Laura after I broke my fifth metacarpal and fractured both my radius and ulna at the elbow, post-surgery for the hand. My ROM and strength in my injured hand and arm recovered very well under her care. She was often able to see me even when I arrived early, and on the single occasion when I missed an appointment due to my own diarization error she was understanding and I was not charged for the missed appointment even though I tried to get her office to accept payment. She let me know as soon as she thought it was no longer worthwhile for me to receive treatment. I observed her "bedside manner" with multiple patients in addition to myself. It was very good. Her services were recommended to me by someone who works in the industry and I am happy to say that I was not disappointed in the least.

My 5 stars are for Jessilyn, my occupational therapist. I worked with Jessilyn for 5-6 months to help me with my anxiety and PTSD after moving from Fort McMurray. I worked with a different OT earlier who was super nice and caring, but Jessilyn understood me and made me understand myself on a whole different level. Going anywhere has been a task for me, but I always looked forward to seeing Jessilyn once a week. There are moments when I still struggle, but I remember all that she has taught and trained me and I am usually able to "bring myself back". I don't know when or if I'll return to work quite just yet, but I am thankful for how Jessilyn has prepared me. ????

I've been visiting lifemark on and off for a little while now and was referred to see the physiotherapist Tess from a work colleague. Tess is by far the best physiotherapist I have ever had treatment from and is able to diagnose and actually fix your problem unlike most time I've spent at physio for different issues. When I leave after an appointment I actually start to feel improvements and really appreciate the work that she puts in.

Murray Holmes has been treating me after a motorcycle accident and the care and expertise he has given me has been over the top, not just occasionally, but every single visit. I do not think I would be healing as well as I am if it weren't for his high standard of principles, the knowledge he has and the devotion he shows towards all his patients. His assistant Jennifer has been administering ultra sound, heat, ice, and what every else I need and remembers each time every detail.
