I would have given 5 stars as Linda the hand therapist was great, but unfortunately the initial greeting upon arrival was quite horrible. I almost walked out! I’m happy I stayed because things turned around once I was with Linda. She explained things very well and took her time to come up with a healing plan.

I had Robert Spotswood and Greg help me out with my shoulder after a dislocation and after surgery. Good guys, easy to talk to and very helpful. It is now feeling better than ever. Lots of parking at the building too is a bonus.

Went to get advice on how to best recover from a knee injury. Instead they just explained for 20 minutes what to avoid doing such as activities that cause pain... good idea, never thought of that myself... $75 for this... then at the end the receptionist couldn't figure out how to use my very standard extended health plan card so I had to pay out of pocket and submit the claim myself... frustrating and inconvenient, waste of money and time. I won't be back.

Over the past several months I’ve worked with Clare at Kelowna Physiotherapy Associates to rehabilitate my ankle after developing some pretty severe tendonitis in my posterior tibial ligament this summer. I went from having almost zero stability in my ankle to being able to walk (and run!) again in much less time than I was originally expecting. Clare and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and passionate about getting me back into shape.
