I have been seeing Bill Burton religiously for the past 2 years. My whole family and everyone I know goes to him, he is amazing and any other treatment providers we have experienced in the Valley pale in comparison to the magic he performs. He goes above and beyond with his treatments, and can seemingly pick out problem spots with one glance at my back. He is straight to the point and gets what needs to be done, done. If you're expecting coddling and lullabies, look elsewhere, Bill is concerned for the health of your body and will spend all of his energy on fixing what needs to be fixed, end of story. His wife Dawn who works as the receptionist is exceptionally wonderful and also incredible at her job. I have been seeing the kinesiologist at the clinic, Paige, and have absolutely adored my time with her, the exercises she has given me have helped my mobility since the crash and keep me moving towards the end of the healing tunnel. She puts in a tonne of work switching exercises up based on what my body needs and adjusting things on the spot when it isn't working. She is very knowledgable and efficient at her job. Overall my experiences at the clinic have been nothing short of wonderful and I can honestly say this is where my family and loved ones will always go.

I highly recommend Bill, he has been keeping me active for many years . I have had 3 surgeries due to a work accident and have problems due to scar tissue. I have crawled in many times and walked out mobile again and after a couple of treatments my back is as stable as we can get it. He insists that staying active is the key and he is the reason I can golf ski and farm. I have called in many times and said help I can't stand up and Dawn will squeeze me in, Bill will get the acute flair up to settle down and a few treatments later I am back in the tee box. I highly recommend Bill and KMT.

I read the review below and would suggest maybe trying again. We all can have an off day. I have seen Bill many times over the years and have never found another Physio with more knowledge and understanding of the body. He has always been kind and compassionate and listened. He has his opinions on the best treatments, but they are based on solid evidence based medicine and the latest research. I highly recommend Bill Burton to all my friends and acquaintances. Great clinic!

I have an arthritic condition in my neck (because, of course, I'm old) that makes it difficult to keep my head up during longer bike rides. Therapist extraordinaire Ryan Bachmeier put me through a mix of massage, IMS and traction. The results are astonishing. While it'll never be completely fixed, the treatments have taken away 90 percent of the pain, even during long rides. Ryan answered every question I had in a way that I could easily understand. Great place. Great practitioner. Highest recommendation.

I have been going to Kelowna Manual Therapy for the past several years and have been successfully treated for a wrist sprain, two rotator cuff injuries, and a very stubborn case of piriformis syndrome (persistent lower back pain) that was not correctible by surgery. Thanks to Ross (physiotherapist) and Rick (massage therapist), I have been able to remain very physically active with minimal downtime and without the chronic use of prescription or over-the-counter pain medications. All of the staff at Kelowna Manual Therapy have been immeasurably kind and take a sincere interest in patient care. I was referred to this particular therapy centre by my physician and that speaks for itself. I highly recommend Kelowna Manual Therapy to anyone looking for a physiotherapist (Bill, Ross, and Ryan) or a massage therapist (Rick). Sincerely, Michael Ross

Went to see Bill the physiotherapist. He was initially 15 minutes late. Then only spent 22minutes with me and did some IMS needling and told me to come back after he back from his vacation. I look at my phone and mentioned the receptionist (which I believe is his wife) said it was a 45minute-1hour evaluation and treatment and asked if we could go over some exercises and stretches. He said "Your time is irrelevant, I have other patients to see also but let's try this quick".. He tried some spinal manipulation and no homework was given. Sent me out the door. $85 for 22minutes.... Havent gone back and tell everyone to avoid him also. He is knowledgeable but has a horrible bed-side manner.
