Just had an appointment today post-covid. I felt safe and comfortable with the new guidelines in place. Easy to use online system where you can check in from your phone. I did it from the comfort of my own car. They just text you when the provider was ready. The online account is really worth checking into. It's a very clean environment and everyone seems very up-to-date and accepting of these new safety precautions. Very impressed can tell they care about the staff and patients safety. Always a treat to go in and covid hasnt changed that experience for me at all!

Due to Covid-19 the clinic has had to shut its doors, but they quickly started seeing patients for virtual appointments. I contacted the clinic and they set up an appointment for me the very next day. I got an email that said to click the link at time of appointment. It honestly can’t be easier! I had a Friday afternoon virtual appointment with Manju and she booked a follow up for Saturday, the next day. She went over what the pain was that I was feeling and gave me a series of stretches to do for that particular muscle. We booked another appointment for a week later and between appointments Manju has checked in on me via email to see how I’m doing. Although it’s not the hands on appointments, the virtual appointments are great option for the time being.

I went to Kawartha Care Wellness Centre after moving to Lindsay in 2014, for chiropractic care. Dr. Asdhir spoke at a women's networking event I attended, and I immediately felt comfortable with her and booked an appointment. I found Dr. Asdhir to be very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and communicative, and willing to take the time to get to the root of the problem. Having used the services of at least three other chiropractors over the last 30 years, I found Dr. Asdhir to be the best I have seen. Her fees are reasonable and covered by my medical benefits plan. I was pleasantly surprised to find she also does acupuncture treatments and have used that service several times in addition to chiropractic care. I also obtained new orthotics and shoes through Dr. Asdhir. It is very convenient to have all these services (and more that I have not tried, such as massage therapy) under one roof. I would highly recommend this Centre to anyone looking for these services in the Lindsay, Ontario area.

Today was my first time at a massage therapy session and I really enjoyed it. First, it was the staff who is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Secondly, it was the professionalism of the RMT that I have chosen, Rebecca Foster, who took her time to talk to me and find out not only what was bothering me but also more about my work and personal life, trying to figure out the cause of my upper back pain. I felt really good after this first massage (most of the pain has already subsided) and I will go again in 3-4 weeks for more "maintenance" sessions. Overall, an amazing experience. I recommend this Centre to all those who need to feel good after being there.

The clinic is always clean, staff always great you with a smile (at least I believe they are smiling behind their masks) they are organized, efficient, have reasonable wait times for appointments and direct bill your benefits which is so convenient! They have very up to date and efficient ways to communicate using easy to use technology. They are reducing waste as I receive my exercises and stretches through an easy to use app. So many amazing things I can say about this place. Highly recommend giving it a try !

The care is excellent with the practitioners spending the time to listen to the problem and come up with several ways to treat problems. The video appointments have been very useful during my time at home. I was given exercises to do and was both shown how to do them and was monitored while I tried them to make sure I was doing them correctly. There was a lot of back and forth conversations to see what I was feeling and where to make sure that the exercise was beneficial and appropriate for my issue.

Always have a pleasant visit here for massages. Would definitely recommend. Today was the first day I couldn’t find parking, so I paid at the hospital and was actually reimbursed by Kawartha Care. You can park behind the cars near the garage if there is no parking left in the back as it’s the staff vehicles. Great customer service! Love the fact that you can also book all your appointments online if you want to.

Highly recommend Dr. Jillian Edgar for chiro! She takes time every appointment to ask you how your aches have been, she does a proper assessment every time and does treatment based off of that. After my initial visit with Dr. Jillian Edgar she was able to start loosening up the affected muscles and improve my mobility. I have recently had the opportunity to engage in a virtual ergonomic assessment with Manju and I couldn’t be happier! Manju and I arranged a time that worked best for both of us and engaged in a video call to review my desk set up. I have pretty consistent hip pain and Manju and I have worked together historically to create an office space that alleviated my symptoms. With COVID19, my office space has changed and we had to redo the ergonomic assessment. Manju looked at the desk I was using, the chair, how my posture was, and even the light quality! Manju didn’t miss a thing and it was all done very smoothly through video calling. Manju made some incredible recommendations that we have implemented and once again I am able to work comfortably. I cannot thank Manju enough for being so kind, professional and efficient with the virtual ergonomic assessment. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

My daughter liked the chiropractor she saw once, but due to her extensive medical stuff going on, she had to stop going for any kind of treatments. The chiropractor did mention some other testing for my daughter as well, which our doctor agreed to do! Would recommend them for services!!

I have been a patient here using many of the services for awhile now and can’t express how great all the staff are! I just had my first post-COVID appointment and I was very impressed! The online booking system is very easy and I like that they send out a screening questionnaire ahead of time and ask again at the check in. I felt everything was sanitized very well and by spacing out appointments it made it less congested in the waiting area. Love the front porch table and chairs to be used while waiting! I felt very safe and really didn’t find wearing a mask during my appointment to be an issue. I have already booked 2 additional appointments!

I have been seeing Dr Conrad for sciatica and lower back pain. She gives me chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture, and teaches me excercises I can do at home. Dr Conrad has significantly reduced my level of daily pain and I now have several days a week completely pain free. Prior to seeing Dr Conrad I saw a physical therapist at another clinic which provided me with NO relief at all. So if you are nervous about chiropractic acupuncture and adjustments, don't be! Dr Conrad is kind, gentle, skilled and very knowledgeable. The staff at Kawartha Care are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. HIGHLY recommend.
