So the front desk lady is pretty wonderful, but that's where it ends. I had an appointment with Robin (the owner) and was highly disappointed. I have had back problems for the last 3.5 years and have seen many physio' s and this was by far my worst experience to say the least. My main purpose of the visit was to get pain relief through IMS, although temporary, it's all I wanted. I've had a significant amount of IMS(dry needling) done in the past, with much better success(measuring success by "twitches" which I got minimal of). I don't know whether he was in a rush to get me out or just isn't competent in IMS (that being said, he does have the certification, but could probably use a refresher). Outside that, he was 20 mins late (which in normal circumstances I don't mind) and it seemed like he was more concerened with securing future visits rather then what I was requesting.

I've suffered from severe back pain, since I was injured in a M.V.A. I could barely move, in agonizing pain, over prescribed with medications that just weren't helping. North kamloops physiotherapy has excellent hours, with evening and weekend slots for those who work through their treatment. Within a few sessions, I began seeing results andthe pain subsided enough to return to work. I had lazer , electrowave and dry needling therapy. This combination of treatments has given me back my mobility and alleviated the dull pain that medications couldn't. I'm still going here and there for treatments and I have not missed a day of work since returning. Thankyou Rita, Robin, and Carole.

Been seeing Robin for some time now. Kamloops Thai Massage recommended I give them a try to add to my pain management. Been doing dry needling to help with sciatica pain, and repetitive work injuries. Great success! I was popping Robaxacet like candy just to get through the work day, but now I rarely need them.
