Brewery District Pivotal Physiotherapy is hands down the best physio centre I have experienced. Everyone in the clinic is incredibly kind and welcoming. They get to know you on a personal level and work with you at your own pace to get back to health and normal ability. Out of the several physio therapists I've dealt with Simone is by far the best. Had my first massage after a MVA today with Crystal. She did a great job and really worked out all of my knots as best as possible. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the experience! I have also been seeing Craig and his team of students twice a week since my accident and they have done an amazing job at working on getting me back to where I was before. I have been going to Pivotal on and off since 2009 I had some hard-luck and multiple injuries but I always want to go to the best I have gone to other physiotherapy offices when work sent me somewhere else in the past I never felt like the other offices cared about me I felt like a number not a friend. Now 11 years later when both hands and feet are damaged I know that I will be in good hands because the people who work at Pivotal actually care about there client ????

An incredible team, who delivers an outstanding service; and it's not just for high-level athletes! They've helped me deal with nagging injuries, open up weak points in my physical performance AND just get me moving better - which I'm really appreciating as I begin to realize I'm not 25 anymore... ;) They also have wicked contrast therapy baths, which I've always been a huge fan of. Nothing like some hot and cold therapy to get the blood flowing and helping me recover between training sessions. I'm always super stoked to recommend people to Pivotal as it's - straight up - physiotherapy at it's finest, bar none. Boom!

Treatment started out high quality, however later into treatment I felt like the sessions became neglected. During one of my last sessions, I was instructed to do deadlifts for the full session and unfortunately ended up with a hamstring strain in my non-injured leg in which I couldn't straighten my leg. When I notified my physio, I was then asked to come in for a session the following day to address the issue, which I was then charged for. Very disappointed by how the this was handled/ how treatment progressed.

This studio is a amazing . It’s a very high tech , clean , professional atmosphere . I was welcomed by amazing reception staff and felt very comfortable . The services I used were the compression ( hot and cold baths ) and the compression sleeves for your legs . I felt so relaxed after and welcomed the entire time - I made my next apointment right away . Deffinatley a customer for life .

Had some shoulder problems for a few years, went to a a few different physiotherapy places around the city and didn't have any luck. Finally was referred to Pivotal and Craig was amazing. Finally fixed my shoulder issues. Gave me exercises to do at home, at the gym, what workouts to avoid, how to sleep, etc. Very in depth experience and wouldnt recommend any other physio place in Edmonton!

Worst customer experience ever! Therapist left me in the room thinking I had needles in my back and waiting for the suggested heat treatment that never came. I heard her serve two more clients while I waited. After being forgotten for 45 minutes I flagged someone down to ask when the needles could come out and I could leave. I left angry. Very disrespectful/unprofessional treatment.

Poor quality assessment by a physiotherapist who gave me incorrect information and spent part of the session on her phone looking at social media. Meanwhile I was left alone also in pain. Owners offered to let me pay a second time for a reassessment. I said no thank you and had to start all over again somewhere else.

Got a lot more out of it than I expected and has helped with the T-spine/ neck/ shoulder problems that come with sitting at a desk all day. I went to this place because of back, hip and leg pain from a car accident.I was not sure what to expect on my first vist because I had never been to a physiotherapist before until I met Chris. He assigned me a different exercises, treatment and I also learn how to exercise at home for my pain, after a couple of months visit, I know fully recovered from my condition I am very happy. He is very kind and professional makes each visit pleasure. The assisting staff always welcoming, friendly, respectful, and professional. Overall it is a great place and I recommend for every one !
