Daksh was my physiotherapist at the Belvedere location. I had a mountain biking sports injury and when I presented to Daksh it was unclear how much use of my arm and shoulder I'd ever regain. Daksh worked with me diligently and thoroughly, and I'm amazed to report that the injury recovered beyond expectations. I've come to appreciate the entire team at Innovation Physical Therapy, and would recommend them and Daksh to anyone needing sports physiotherapy.

She tends to our needs and listens carefully for the things we are complaining about in terms of pain and discomfort. Really good experience with this facility!

Great physiotherapist they are awesome but when it comes to their office staff they are really lacking my experience was nothing that I would like to see another person go through but I'm sure it has happened to other people where they don't tell you you don't have any benefits until after your session and then sticky with a bill I believe this not to be a very good practice on their behalf and wanted to make sure that other people understand that this is what they do. If you're not clear about what you're charging an individual before they enter the session then I believe it's their responsibility to at least inform the patient beforehand. I really wish that they learn from this experience and that this does not happen to anybody else in the future all the best to my physiotherapist Dax he was amazing.

I attended physiotherapy here for approximately 4 months following a MVA. The staff here were amazing throughout my time there. Reception was always smiling and helpful, they would go out of their way to try and accommodated my appointments around my work/life schedule. The physiotherapy team was second to none. Anthony, the therapy assistant, was genuinely kind and always expressed concern, not just about your progress/recovery, but also about your personal well-being. My primary therapist was Kru Patel, he was kind, compassionate and very thorough. My recovery was always his primary concern. By the time I had finished my treatment I felt that I was going to visit friends, not just going for treatment. The only downfall I had was lack of parking. The parking lot is very small, and the fact that the physiotherapy clinic is adjoined to a medium center made parking difficult some days. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic!!

Kru is great, I injured my shoulder and middle of my back, I was not sleeping for 3 days and was able to be seen right that day and was able to get a lot of relief and also bought the correct heat pad for my neck/back/shoulder and was able to finally sleep. Over the next couple of weeks he had me back to normal. Great work, good guy, friendly and good results. Thanks Kru!

I started attending the Belvedere location after an accident in March 2020 and after the first few weeks due to the COVID -19 pandemic I was unable to continue physically entering the office. The staff have been able to move my appointments to online visits without a disruption in my treatment. I appreciate the 1-1 treatment Daksh has been able to deliver still using zoom meeting. If this option had not been provided to me there would have been a significant delay in my recovery. Thank you for your flexibility and focus on client care.

I had work done on my ankle and shoulder for chronic inflammation. They gave me a great range of exercises to not only reduce the pain but improve range of motion and strength. This included body parts that I did realise needed work. While not 100% cured I have had my quality of life greatly improved. The clinic environment is jovial and relaxed. Everyone is quite friendly and accommodating. A great experience.

if i could rate no stars i would!!!!! This particular place is not the issue but the uneducated staff members who seem to pay no interest in their clients concerns leaves me worrying about how pretty they look! i went to this physio therapy looking to book physio therapy regarding my unbearable symptoms and was ridiculed because of the way i looked, i was not token seriously i have had back injuries for a very long time and im very disappointed! it seems these reviews are fake as ive sat in the waiting room and spoke with an older gentleman on how the staff is very stuck up and not very well educated. it seems they are all there just for money. i would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I really wish i could have loved this place but unfortunately i had a horrible experience. the staff were warm and inviting but the man who did my report for my motor vehicle accident was not very thorough and ended up giving my doctor a very inaccurate report which i am going to discuss with him on Monday :( m very upset as i have been out of work for nearly 2 years and my symptoms stand in the way of my performance and were not helpful in detecting where the source of my issues were to start. I am sad to say that i will not be recommending this location but would rather go to the Namao location as everyone is very inviting and the atmosphere does not make you feel like you have done something wrong. I am very very upset and would not even recommend one star to be honest. please change you staff in the back !

I had gone to physio after suffering a fall on the sidewalk outside my house and seriously hurt my left shoulder. Daksh Paramasivam was EXCELLENT!! He did incredible work to help me regain the strength and mobility in my shoulder and recover to where I was prior to the injury! I can finally do all the things I want to do like playing guitar or having marathon video game sessions and even the things I don't want to do, like raking leaves or other housework; without any pain or discomfort! :-) Thank you very much Daksh, for your awesome work!! I highly recommend him to everyone!! Also, I would like to send a big shout-out to everyone else who works in the clinic, for always making it a positive experience during all of my visits!! Daksh P. did an amazing PT treatment on me. I had an annoying, dull aching pain on my left upper back radiating towards my neck area. After the first session, I noticed and experienced great relief. It didn't take many sessions before the pain is totally gone. He's so friendly and professional. He's also very knowledgeable as he explains things clearly and straightforward. You know you are in good hands if you go to this clinic and look for Daksh! I higly recommend him. My wife had a great experienced as well at this clinic. Daksh attended to her as well. And all of their front desk staff are the best!

My husband injured himself at work and we went to see krue the first day my husband went to see him he couldn't move do pretty much anything I thought that he would not be helped but if it wasn't for krue 6 weeks later he was back to himself we are very thankful for krue and everyone who works there at innovation physical therapy with your help hes back to work and everything is back to normal

Came to the innovation physio after my car accident for treatment. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions. Kru Patel was my physiotherapist and he is very attentive,knowledgeable and caring to me. The treatments included exercises, hands on treatment, dry needling, TENS Machine and Heat. From start to finish, this clinic and staff are simply amazing. This isn’t my first time here, and as accident prone as I seem to be, it probably won’t be my last. Thankfully, Daksh is always ready to help me get back to my full self. Most recently, I injured my knee (sprained) at work. It just wasn’t healing, so I came here and after only a few sessions with Daksh, I saw a very marked improvement. Now, it’s almost back to 100% (Still got a couple weeks of treatments left, but I know it will be back to normal). Daksh, is an incredible Physical Therapist. His knowledge and treatment skills (especially ‘dry needling’) exceeds any I’ve encountered. He, and this clinic, will always be my first choice and will always be the first I recommend to anyone looking to ‘ease their pain’. I think what is so amazing here is you can actually see how perfectly all the staff work together. The staff at the front desk are always smiling and making sure you are completely taken care of. They take the stress out of ‘getting’ treatment so you can fully focus on ‘receiving’ treatment. Even at 8am, they are greeting you with a warm smile and always by name. The therapists treat you with respect and genuinely care that you get better. The assistants (Flo is usually the one there at my appointments) always seems happy and friendly, which put the patients at ease. She makes sure you’re comfortable and ’set-up’ perfectly each time, and if you need anything, she’s just a shout (or a bell-ding away). Honestly, everyone there is great… and together they are, as I said, simply amazing! Thank-you! :)

I fractured my left ankle and sprained right ankle. Started physio when i could and saw Daksh Paramasivam at the Belvedere location. Daksh help me get movement and strength back in both ankles. He chose the perfect exercises for me and helped me tremendously. All the staff are very friendly and the hours of operation are also convenient to everybody.

During the chaos of getting into a car accident, Innovation Physical Therapy in Belvedere made treatment a stress-free and positive experience. The ladies at the front are welcoming and always efficient with the paperwork and bookings, and the aids are great multi-taskers and very empathic towards my comfort. My physiotherapist, Kru, was extremely effective through the diverse methods he used for my back and neck problems. He is genuinely personable and really cared for my recovery. His availability also worked perfectly around my 9-5 job. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone! All of the staff deserve raises and a party :)

This physio place is wonderful. My mother was suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain due to long term overuse . She has been treated by couple physiotherapists at different clinics before. But Kru was amazing to my mom! He is a ninja! He was very through with his assessment skills and he told us that it will take at least 4-5 months to recover and yes, She is pain free and back to work now! Me and my mother are very thankful to Team innovation, especially Kru Patel and all his Physio students! His needle therapy is little aggressive but very effective! Tony did final assessment and cleared her to go back to work! We would highly recommend Kru patel and his team.

I found this Physio site on the net.Not knowing anything about Physio therapy.I chose this place.I am so grateful I did.I came to this place for tension headache with neck pain.I had 5 treatments with Kru.He suggested acu puncture.He explained to me everything that he would try.I gave in and did try the acu puncture.Wow not only did I try it once but a few times.For a person who did not want acu puncture.It sure helped. Thank you Kru and staff for the treatments the laughs and most of all leaving with no pain at all.If you ever need acu puncture or physio please.check out Innovations Physio Belvedre. The staff are very friendly and most definitely helpful.

I have seen Emily since my first pregnancy. She is really great. My husband started seeing her from last week. Unfortunately he missed his second appointment yesterday since my daughter had a fever the night before and I threw up from my pregnancy. When we realized, I called and apologized. I understand it's our responsibility. So I just wanted to make sure they have the correct email address because we never received any reminder. However, the receptionist just kept saying Don't Rely On The Reminder...over and over again. As a mum, a wife, an employee, I prefer a reminder, to improve the punctuality and make sure we won't forget any appointment in the future. Finally, the receptionist verified my email address and they had a wrong email. I understand you are busy at work with patients lining up there. You can always call back and verify our email address. But please show your respect. Also, my husband never received any reminder but he updated email address to the front desk last week. BTW, I did receive 2 texts to remind me for the feedback. This reminder works though. I just don't understand how come I can't reply on the reminder for our future appointments?

Had a knee injury that wasn't properly looked after by my old physiotherapist. Daksh Paramasivam worked with me twice a week for six weeks, and the pain stopped, then we continued for 6 more weeks to strengthen it, and he has me playing volleyball again! This is a great location, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and work hard to keep a professional, yet welcoming atmosphere. I'm honestly a little sad I'm finished my treatments. Attended the Belvedere location for physio for a knee sprain. Great customer service from the staff at reception to my physio therapist Daksh who is friendly and knowledgeable and takes time to listen to you. My healing was slow but my knee is much better now having followed the recommended exercises. Definitely a place I would go back to again. And the lovely lady who put my heating/ice pack on is very pleasant.

This was my first experience with physiotherapy and I truly loved it. This clinic makes you feel very comfortable. My physiotherapist is Ozge and she is absolutely amazing. She listens to her patients and advocates for them. I am on my way to recovery thanks to the entire team here. You can tell that the staff here are a cohesive team from the banter you hear going back and forth. Also, they make everyone feel welcome by calling you by your first name and accommodating any needs or concerns you may have. The Physical therapists I seen were great, but my problem is with the rooms... reminds me of being in an emergency room setting... the rooms are small and a sheet is what they use for walls between the rooms... therefore I found there to be very little to no privacy.. you could hear everything everyone is saying all around you.

Normally physiotherapy is a hands on treatment.Daksh Paramasivam has been treating me via "virtual coaching" , due to COVID-19. I am happily surprised by how effective and thorough Daksh has been. He is very patient with a pleasant bedside manner, making the process as effective as can be.
