My cardiologist sent a referral across the hall to Da Vinci Wellness and told me to wait for their call. I actually saw the front desk staff at my doctor's office walk across with the paperwork to Da Vinci as I was leaving my appointment. After four weeks waiting, with no contact, I took it upon myself to search elsewhere for physiotherapy. It has been about six weeks now and still no call from Da Vinci. Incompetent and uncaring to say the least. If they are that busy, they could have taken a minute to call and to tell me to find another place. I do NOT wish them well.

Pretty accurate with the treatment and the help provided. In this COVID times, they follow the safety procedures to avoid spread.
