As a high level soccer player and having had surgeries on both my knees, physiotherapy was instrumental in getting me back on the field. Being in contact with my physio right after my surgeries was the key to proper rehab and gradual return to normal activities and eventually the sport I love. I feel much safer going back on the field knowing I am being followed by an experienced team at Médisport Physio.

(Translated) Customer service leaves much to be desired. I have been doing physio there since the end of December following a car accident. I happened to wait at least 15 minutes at the reception of the Gatineau clinic without the receptionist coming to greet me (or she saw me come in and then left to do something else). The corridors of the Gatineau clinic to get to some rooms for treatment are really long and inconvenient, especially for patients who have crutches. Some of my appointments were canceled at the last minute. Finally, it has been over 1 month since I called to resume an appointment with my physio (with the reopening in June following the Covid). They told me they would call me. I have never been called. The SAAQ had to call the clinic directly to follow up last week and ask them to call me back. Again, I was told we were going to watch when my physio was going to come back to work and call me back. A week later, I myself had to call back since no one had called me. (Original) Le service à la clientèle laisse vraiment à désirer. J'y fais de la physio depuis fin décembre suite à un accident de voiture. Il m'est arrivé d'attendre au moins 15 minutes à l'accueil de la clinique de Gatineau sans que la réceptionniste ne vienne m'accueillir (or qu'elle m'avait vu entrer et est ensuite partie faire autre chose). Les couloirs de la clinique de Gatineau pour se rendre à certains locaux pour les traitements sont vraiment longs et non pratiques, surtout pour des patients qui ont des béquilles. Certains de mes rendez-vous ont été annulés à la dernière minute. Finalement, cela fait plus de 1 mois que j'ai appelé pour reprendre un rendez-vous avec ma physio (avec la réouverture en juin suivant la Covid). On m'a dit qu'on allait m'appeler. On ne m'a jamais appelée. La SAAQ a dû appeler la clinique directement pour faire le suivi la semaine dernière et leur demander de me rappeler. Encore une fois, on m'a dit qu'on allait regarder quand est-ce que ma physio allait revenir au travail et me rappeler. Une semaine après, j'ai moi-même dû rappeler puisque personne ne m'avait appelé.

She should normally have been investigated after a month. (Original) On m'a mal traité j'avais une tendinite et capsulite et la physiotherapeute a continué à me donner des exercices qui ne faisait rien et je n'ai jamais guerit. Elle aurait du normalement investigue apres un mois.
