This place is amazing! I had a full knee replacement in 2015 and was still suffering with pain. While I still have pain, my mobility has improved and I am sleeping more at night! I'm also taking much less pain medication. Thank you Chelsea!

I went here when I was having trouble recovering from a break in my foot. I needed rehab to stretch out my muscles since I hadn't been walking for a few months. The staff were super friendly to me and I was able to use some of their workout equipment after my physio sessions to try and limber up my legs as well. I would definitely recommend going here if you're in the area and have anything physio could help with.

Chelsea and John are super kind people who really know how to remedy their patients problems. Also unlike LifeMark I didn't have to wait 3 weeks just for the initial assessment and got in within a day. These guys know what they're doing and if you need physio or chiropractic help definitely come by as I will be coming here in the future as needed vs any other place.

Hey This is Douglas Caines i have been going to Victoria Community Physical Rehab Physiotherapy-Pt Health for about a year on and off and the staff over there are A1 they really help me get better and in side is nice air conditioned and they also have music playing in the back ground well you get your Physiotherapy the time i have been there they have different staff and they are all pleasant will have Neat, Richard John and other staff i can't remember there names sorry about that they have all kinds of machines that will help you get better fast so if you have been hurt in a car accident or been hurt at work i would i would definitely tell you to go there the staff is very awesome well that is all i have to say Your friend Douglas Caines

Victoria community physiotherapy is the place I have been going to get rehab to go back to work before and after my both Shoulder surgery with the help of the physiotherapist Kapil, who also the manager of the place. I have nothing but great things to say about my treatment. I also like to mansion how safe and well organized it is for those people who are in need of a tharapy, but not sure how to go about because of COVID-19 ; here is what my experience is for the last few months , when you arrive you will be grated, given a new mask and screened every time you come. There is olso only a few people in the place that makes you feel comfortable. I also witnessed even the manager Kapil disinfect everything from the chairs to all the eqpement after every use. Thank you Kapil, and all the staff of Victoria community physiotherapy for taking care of me. Sincerely. Said.

Everyone at pthealth is really nice and helpful. Can get free physio or chiro advice when you go for massage and interchangeable between the three.

I could not finish my exercise properly, because one of your staff, carina needed go for lunch. I understand that, but why would they book me in for 12 noon if that is the case. To be honest, I just felt I was being left out that day, and she was not even motivated to help me out with the exercises. I understand people need to go on breaks, but im not coming here for free. I am paying everything out of my pocket. The only thing I don't understand is why was she ignoring me, and unmotivated. Also, she cannot rush me to do my exercises, because that's not how patients are treated.

After my total knee replacement I attended ptHealth Victoria Physiotherapy in Hamilton. I had thorough post surgery and post physio assessments by Kapil. He gave me advice on how to continue at home to further my healing. Chelsea worked with me on my physio at the clinic. She was great while working with me to increase my strength and endurance. I found the practitioners knowledgeable and supportive. The support staff were courteous and accommodating. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing any of their services.

They take OHIP and even out of pocket their rates are far more reasonable than other physio places. The quality of care is amazing. Loved the massages I got there, and probably the best chiropractor adjustments I've ever had.

I have been in treatment now for 18 months for multiple injuries! KAPILSINH has coordinated my treatment program with the assistance of Rhandi the office coordinator and Carina who helps me through my weekly treatment routine. My experience with all the staff has been great ! I have been in chiropractic treatment with John Misale for 10 years. I credit John’s experience and expertise with allowing me to function at a much higher level then I would have without his treatments! Kapil is the Director of Victoria Physiotherapy and makes sure the Vovid 19 healthy and safety protocols and procedures are rigorously maintained and implemented! As a senior citizen this is very important to me! When you enter the clinic Rhandi or Carina take your temperature ask you the required questions and ensure you have a mask upon entering. Patients are limited in numbers to ensure proper distancing! I believe only one or two patients in physio clinic at a time. You will enter by one door and leave by another door! Hygiene is rigorous! Each piece of equipment is cleaned after a patient is finished using it! My visit was an excellent experience and I am very pleased with the health and safety precautions they have taken for the Covid 19 protocols! Kapil is very hands on and you can rest assured your safety and well being is a priority!
