When I came to Triune I had multiple issues that were disrupting my quality of life, causing pain and disscomfort. Sandeep took the time to listen to my story and then devise a plan for treatment. the initial results were great! However, it has been in the months following, were I have noticed the depth of his knowledge base and skill. As my needs shifted and changed, He was able to quickly adapt using various modes and techniques of practise that were extremly effective. He has also shown me things that I can do on my own that assist in improving and maintaining my health. I had the best experience with Dr Sandeep Epkos from Triune Physiotherapy. My daughter was complaining about a knee pain and asked me to take her to the doctor. I tried going to her family doctor and did not succeed. I went to different walk in clinics and they were closed. I ended it up going to the walk in clinic by Rymal, they told me the doctor would call me the same day. I was explaining the situation and my daughter was crying when Dr Sandeep walked in his clinic next to the walk in clinic and heard the story. He approached to us and asked my daughter how she was feeling and he gave her an assessment. He was so genuinely kind and helped her calmed n and gave her peace of mind. He gave her a couple of things to do which he explained really nicely. I would completely recommend him for kids and adults. I could see he was not about the money but helping people. I had never seen that before, it was something wonderful.

My husband under went a left hip replacement surgery in December, 2020 and Sandeep was assigned as his in-home physiotherapist. Sandeep was very kind and considerate in working with my husband. He explained how the physio exercises would help strengthen his muscles and assist in his recovery. Through Sandeep's diligence, his recovery progressed quite swiftly. and it wasn't long before my husband was able to climb stairs and walk properly again. Unfortunately, in January, 2021 my husband suffered a fall and broke his left femur and his left shoulder. As we were so pleased with Sandeep the first time, he worked with us again for the second round of physiotherapy. The surgeon wasn't confident my husband would get full range of motion in his shoulder but once again, Sandeep worked wonders and the range of motion has almost all returned. We would highly recommend Sandeep and his clinic for any physiotherapy needs.
